Schlimmes Personal und dreckig

Das Housekeeping war freundlich

Ich weiss wirklich nicht, wie manche bei Booking das Hotel als sauber bezeichnen konnten oder wie jemand schreiben konnte, das Personal sei freundlich. Wir wurden NOCH NIE jemals irgendwo auf der Welt so behandelt. Die Damen an der Reception (eine mit dunkleren längeren Haaren und eine mit dunkeln schulterlangen Haaren) waren einfach nur unverschämt, desinteressiert und herablassend! Zimmerkarten welche nicht funktionierten wurden neu geladen und einem wortlos entgegen geworfen. Gehts noch?! Auch andere Hotelgäste wurden absolut respektlos behandelt. Dies haben schon mehrere Gäste vermerkt also frage ich mich echt, wie der Manager des Hotel so ein Verhalten dulden kann. Diese Damen sind in diesem Job wirklich falsch. Hier spürt man rein gar nichts von der kanadischen Freundlichkeit, sondern einfach nur, dass die Gäste hier nicht erwünscht sind.

In diesem Viertel befinden sich extrem viele Obdachlose und es riecht direkt schon vor dem Hotel nach Urin.
Die Fenster sind alt, es zieht rein und ist laut. Die Ecken des Badezimmers sind extrem dreckig und wenn man mit dem Finger über die Fensterscheibe im Zimmer gleitet, ist der Finger schwarz.

Somit gilt zu sagen: keine gute Gegend, dreckige Zimmer und am schlimmsten: Personal an der Reception, welches dir bei jeder Gelegenheit zeigt, dass sie dich hier nicht wollen. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt und lässt uns sprachlos zurück.

Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach. Zum Teil gabs kein Besteck. Am schlimmsten sind die dreckigen Tische welche nie gereinigt werden während die Gäste wechseln.

La localisation, proche du métro et parking à proximité

Les murs sont tellement fins que nous pouvons communiquer facilement avec l’autre chambre même dans des moments un peu trop intime…
Les coussins n’étaient pas très confortable.
Beaucoup de bruit à n’importe quelle heure.

The location was awesome, near a subway station a close to the old Montreal, the bed was good, we also had a microwave, and a coffee machine so that was good

We didn't like the food, was too basic and not really tasty. I mean is not bad for the price but had more expectations.

Cons:

Rooms were filthy, unacceptable to standards of 3 and half stars. Honestly, this is a worst facility were we ever stayed. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
