Pros:

J'ai aimé la décoration qui m'a fait pensé à l'art déco.
L'établissement est bien situé, juste derrière la gare d'autocars de Montréal et pas loin du quartier des spectacles.

Cons:

En premier lieu, le non-sourire des hôtesses d'accueil (si vous n'aimez pas la relation clients, n'hésitez pas à changer de travail).
Ensuite, le non-petit déjeuner (il n'y avait pas grand chose à mettre sur le bagel ou le pain de mie).
Enfin, un seul ascenseur pour 6/7 étages?

Shower pressure was terrible, pornography listed on the TVs history… uncomfortable bed, NO Air Conditioning in the room.

Déjà à mon arrivée, il'y-avait de l'eau qui coulait du plafond de la réception. Pour le prix payé, je m'attendais à quelque chose de mieux. J'ai payé trop cher pour un stationnement qu'on arrive même pas à tourner là-dedans. Dans la réservation, on avait mentionné une chambre avec vue sur la rue. On m'a donné une chambre avec une petite fenêtre donnant sur le maudit parquing. Non, c'était du n'importe quoi. Il n'y-a pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Les meubles sont vieux, démodés, la télévision, n'en parlons pas. C'est ma pire expérience avec les hôtels. Je ne recommanderais ça à personne. Les dras sont vieux, ils perdent leur couleur, les matelas sur les lits n'ont même pas de drap contour là-dessus. Incroyable!

Son emplacement

Cons:

Pas facile de monter les valises car il n’y a pas de rampes mais que des escaliers
Moquette de la chambre trempée par une fuite d’eau, le personnel nous a proposé 2 autres chambres qui rencontraient le même problème
Odeur de moisissure
Climatisation non fonctionnelle
Petit déjeuner pas terrible

Cons:

Lots of little things made for a bad experience. Staff is kinda rude, it's steps and split level everywhere so you have to carry your luggage, they want $50 a night for parking, breakfast was so bad I ate elsewhere despite it being free. The coffee provided is undrinkable. Would not stay here again.

Pros:

Il y a de nombreux commerces à distance de marche de l'hôtel. Les installations étaient résonnables compte tenu du prix.

Cons:

Le stationnement n'était pas inclus dans le prix affiché, il faut donc ajouter un 45$ plus taxes au prix de la chambre par jour pour stationner la voiture dans le stationnement de l'hôtel, qui est d'ailleurs très serré.
