You are so lucky to have an employee like Marie Cadet.. she is extremely welcoming and accommodating.. She deserves a bonus and a raise.. great hotel because of your people! 10/10
The staff was amazing! I travel for work all the time and I haven’t seen an entire front desk and valet staff this professional and attentive in a long time.
Marie Cadet was very helpful and friendly. She came and grabbed out plates and was great
We really enjoyed our long weekend at this hotel. Jarrod (bartender) was extremely friendly & attentive, and as someone born & raised in NOLA, he has outstanding local knowledge for restaurants, attractions, etc.. Proximity to Morial Convention Center, French Quarter, etc. make this a great location. We'll be back!
That it was across the venue and minutes away from other places in the city.
Upon check in the hotel tried to charge me a second time even after I told them we had paid ahead time with bookings.com it took longer than expected for us to be finally let in to our room. The room was hot for the first 2 days and the fridge they had didn’t really keep anything cold. The technician they sent didn’t really help and the only solution was to bring in a couple of fans. Not to mention any type of comments we made would result in the technician saying that he was certified and knew what he was talking about. It wasn’t until towards the end of the stay where the room cool down , and only because we were hardly in the room. To my knowledge we rarely got house keeping to come into the room. Only for a change of towels but for one day out of the 3 nights we were there. Had to go downstairs to ask for more toilet paper. The lack of communication between bookings.con and the hotel made the first experience very lackluster.
We were here for an event at the Convention Center and had a great time. We had to move rooms because of an issue and the staff handled it well. Food and drinks at the restaurant and bar were solid. Special thanks to Jarrod Ducos at the bar!
Everything was amazing, I would come back
Great experience for the Pokemon event that was held here. Wasn’t to thrilled to not have a microwave in the room but the bellhop Duette stole the show. He was upbeat, happy and always willing to help me and my family. Shoutout to him and give him a raise!
距离ADA会场很近,步行很快就到了,不需要打车,非常方便。有几天下雨,因为路途近都不用担心淋雨,当然酒店前台提供雨伞借用服务。早餐还是满意的,
只是上餐速度有些慢,等待的时间有点长
I frequently travel to many different marriots across the united states. This marriot felt like home. The service was excellent the staff was amazing. I throughly enjoyed the MClub and hotel bar Marie provided excellent service for my entire stay! I also received great service from jared at the hotel bar !
This hotel is absolutely stunning. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. The staff here has been incredibly friendly and accommodating. I particularly appreciated Marie’s attentiveness at the M Club. This will definitely be our goto hotel whenever I visit New Orleans again!
Great breakfast, the grits were amazing. Marie Cadet took amazing care of me and showed great hospitality. I would come back
I have dealt with Djuama at the front desk for several trips I had to make to NOLA in the last 9 months. She has been consistently above and beyond in customer service. Her delighful and professional personality is a brreath of fresh air in the stale customer servcie environment we so often have to deal with.
All of your front desk staff is in fact extremely professional and curteous. Djuama and Sergio stand out.
I was very pleased with my stays here.
Marie Cadet made my visit worth wild. She was so accommodating and professional she’s the perfect gem for the hotel. This being my second visit to the hotel she made me feel welcomed and at home. I look forward to visiting the property again.
I went to the AMERICAN Diabetes Association meeting in New Orleans. I stayed at the Marriott Arts District across from the Convention center. Attending the meeting is very challenging but the hospitality and service provided by the staff was amazing. I say challenging because I walk with 2canes.
I want to particularly thank Sergio and Johnette at the Front desk. The bellman Dorchette provided excellent service. I may have his name spelled incorrectly but it started with a D. In the restaurant Kait and Dominique were wonderful. Congratulations on maintaining such an excellent staff and espirit de corps!
My stay was exceptional, especially because of the amazing service from people like Djuana at the front desk. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient in helping me. In a hotel with exceptional staff, she stood out with her dedication to service for the guest. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. This will absolutely be my destination the next time I'm in New Orleans.
Excellent across street from convention center
Great bar
Excellent security service especially Katie

The staff at the Marriott was extremely helpful, courteous, and kind. Especially thankful to Katie who went above and beyond in her customer service. Thank you!
The valet employees were wonderful. Cardell H was quick to get the car and helped me put materials in the trunk. He was polite and courteous. Thank you!
