Very efficient and kind staff in a crazy environment
Pros:

Two employees particularly stood out. This was a very chaotic weekend with a cheer competition and a volleyball tournament, and Josh in the valet department was fantastic. We came in at the busiest time and he handled everything flawlessly and efficiently. I think he was at work every time I went downstairs, and he even remembered my name and my family’s name. He’s the greatest and I hope he’s rewarded in turn!

Sergio at the front desk also was incredible. We checked in at a chaotic time, and he calmed down a very large crowd. He was very quick in getting us checked in and handled all of our requests throughout our stay. He’s awesome.

Marriott Service Fell Short
Pros:

TL;DR - 2 night stay had 5 or 6 different issues that required a call or visit to the desk to correct. Some were tech failures and others were human errors.

We stayed two nights pre-cruise at the end of December. While the hotel was clean and the location was excellent, the usually reliable Marriott service — and their technology — fell well short.

We originally booked one night in a club room for Saturday. Because we were unsure whether we would reach New Orleans on Friday, we did not book that night in advance. By Friday evening, once it was clear we would arrive, I booked an identical room (two queens with club access) for Friday night through the Marriott app.

Upon arrival, I was told there was no reservation for me and that I must be at the wrong property (issue #1), despite having both the email confirmation and the reservation visible in the app. After further investigation, the front desk said the issue was resolved and that we were confirmed for both nights.

That assurance proved incorrect. Our key cards did not work for club access (issue #2), requiring another trip to the front desk. The following day, our room key failed entirely, and we were locked out of our room (issue #3). At the desk, I was told I should have checked out that morning and that there was no reservation for Saturday night. Once again, staff could not locate my reservation until I was asked to check in again through the app.

Two hours later, club access failed yet again (issue #4), requiring another return to the front desk.

At checkout, I requested printed folios due to concern over billing errors. While I was not charged a no-show fee, my credit card was incorrectly charged for a third night of parking (issue #5), despite parking being billed to the room for each of the two nights. I had to call the hotel to have this corrected.

Finally, the first night’s stay did not post to my Marriott Bonvoy account (issue #6), requiring additional follow-up with Marriott corporate to receive proper credit.

These were all relatively minor issues but taken as a whole it proved to be frustrating.

Love This Place
Pros:

We took a 3 night break to this lovely Marriott which is set facing the Mississippi and the Riverwalk Outlets. Conveniently situated for so much and yet quiet compared to areas around Canal.
Tidy regularly serviced rooms and a fantastic group who look after the guests. So genuine in their approach. We experienced a little short staff at breakfast time one morning as the holiday period but the server Miss Whitney was great in serving and helping everybody. Have to say the Eggs Benedict here the best I have ever had. Kept thinking about choosing something else but just could not resist. In fact when we ate at the hotel the dining and quality was great.
Overall a faultless comfortable memorable stay. Much appreciation to the exceptional staff who make the difference.

Very impressed - Staff and Service
Pros:

First time visiting NOLA and had a very nice experience with the Marriott in Warehouse district. The staff, the service, the food, the location, the vibe = all exceeded. Our first impression/welcome was from Mike the bellman and Johnette at reception desk = excellent. Friendly, welcoming, great recommendations, and as a tiered marriott member, our room was ready at 11 am! (And Jarrod at the bar was a gem too). The M Club was perfect for our needs, our room was clean, spacious, and temp was perfect. At first we were bummed that we were a bit away from Bourbon street but realized the great bars, restaurants and WW2 museum so close by - we loved the location. Highly recommend this location.

In front of Convection Center
Pros:

The hotel is across the street from the Convention Center, but the convention center is very long, and your destination could be a mile away. I had a nice, clean, and comfortable room. It has a full bar and a coffee shop.

Colazione terribile-

Colazione scarsa, poca scelta e costi alti. Non c'è buffet . Quasi solo uova in tutte le preparazioni. Non c'è salmone, croissant, marmellate, frutta secca, ecc.

Quiet elegance in Nola!
Pros:

The location was not too far from the French Quarter but far enough where the evening was quiet. The hotel is across the street from the outlet mall and there are plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Great room! We had a view looking to the river. The staff was super! Cesar, Amanda and the folks at the Easy Virtue restaurant were super attentive and helpful!

Clean, quiet, easy to get around.
Pros:

Great location- easy to get places yet still quiet enough to get some sleep. We had a room that had a view of the river - lots of cruise ships- but it was still a great vista. Loved the staff, Claudia, Johnette and the bartenders.
