Djuana and Danyell have made our stay welcoming from the moment we entered the hotel. Thank you so much for your kindness and accommodating hospitality!!! We will absolutely select this hotel again.
Josh is awesome!! Did an amazing job loading our bags
First time in New Orleans, and this is where we're going to stay on subsequent visits.
Ronnie made the check-in easy, and added a local flair that isn't seen at most other hotels... Her recommendations and aura were a bonus to staying here.
One of the best hotel experiences that I have had in a while. Extremely nice staff, accommodating, premium bar service by Jarrod & Matt, and the food was outstanding. Cuddos to Chef Jarrett. I will be back!
Great drinks and even better service! Appreciated the friendliness of all the bartenders at the Marriott, especially Jarrod D!
This visit was like no other. Normally my stays are short but this particular stay was five days. Everything was great the breakfast was hot and tasty. Room service was a little slow but they still handled it like professionals. The front desk manager and staff are the best, i can only hope that next time I’m in New Orleans I can book the same hotel. New Orleans Marriott Warehouse District. I truly enjoyed my stay.
The location and how close it was to everything.
The bathroom was small and the shower water pressure was very weak and one of the shower heads didn’t work.
Jarrod was the first face we saw in our visit and he started our trip off RIGHT!!! What a great bar tender. All his suggestions were excellent and his service was even better. He makes the best drinks. Fantastic bar
Great experience in recently renovated hotel. Highlight our the experience was Josh with the Valet. He went above and beyond to ensure me and my colleagues were taken care of while we were in town on business.
Luckily, we were able to stay in this hotel for sometime before going on our birthday cruise and we loved it so much that I came back to stay for a night for our flight the next day. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking with my luggage onto the ship and back.
The atmosphere of the hotel was nice, calm, chill vibe. The room we had was clean and the amenities were stocked.
Anytime we had to ask staff about anything about the city and places to eat and they were super helpful and always went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Because it was our first time in New Orleans, staff member Mike was one of the staff members that helped made our stay great. He always took the time to help us out of his busy day. When I come back to New Orleans (I absolutely fell in love with the city) I will definitely be staying here again!
Hello,
My wife and I recently traveled out of state to stay at the Marriott at the Convention Center. This was our first time in New Orleans and I must say the service was amazing! The young lady at the front desk, Ronnie, had great customer service and helped my family and I with everything we needed! She recommended a few amazing food spots and gave a vibrant personality. Her service was overall excellent! We will definitely be back.
I stayed at the Marriott Warehouse Arts District Hotel in Nola for a trade show. First of all, the fact that the hotel is directly across from the convention center makes it extremely easy and no Uber required.
A very kind lady by the name of Dejuana manned the front desk and went out of her way to get me the best room in my booked category. She was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Most of the staff I interacted with were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for convenience, quality, great housekeeping and ultra friendly staff. This is our 2nd year staying at the property for our trade show.
5 Stars!!
Location is excellent, best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had . Best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered, wonderful people
Great location, great service, friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice hotel and perfect location to convention center. Housekeeping did a great job daily. Shout out to 2 individuals. Mike in the lobby was such a pleasant and helpful gentleman. Looked forward to seeing his smile daily. Also, Josh out front. He was always so nice and wanting to help in any way he could. Employees like that are what makes this a great hotel!
We were attending a convention at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center for 5 days, and this Marriott is directly across from the convention center, making our ability to enjoy the conference so much easier!
Our late-night check-in was expedited by Cesar, who went out of his way to accommodate us after we ended up booked at the wrong Marriott a few blocks away and had to rebook here. He couldn’t have been any kinder or more helpful, securing us a lovely room with a great view that allowed us to see amazing sunsets with the bridge as a background and watch the freighters and cruise ships in the busy Mississippi shipping lanes.
He was able to get us access to the M Club Lounge in the lobby, a private area open 24 hours per day, serving a fabulous breakfast from 6:30 am to 10 am, hors d’oeuvres from 5:30 pm to 7 pm, desserts from 7 pm to 9 pm, and snacks/coffee/drinks available any time. This was so helpful in allowing us access to a great breakfast each morning prior to heading over to the convention center.
When our return flight was delayed by several hours, Cesar was able to secure a late checkout for us.
In summary, this was a perfect hotel for attending the convention and Cesar was a truly exceptional employee who went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! He was so superb we felt compelled to speak with the hotel management to compliment them on such an exemplary employee!
Highly recommended!!
