Josh C. Is the hardest working man in New Orleans. He never stops moving and he’s everywhere you need him. He runs the front of the house & valet & keeps it moving smoothly. He has a smile & greeting every time you see him. What a great way to greet & treat everyone who visits this hotel.
Josh C. Has a wonderful spirit, he got my car super fast and helped me load up my car without being asked. His smile and friendly attitude hopefully will spread thru out the entire city of NOLA!

I was here for an Ochsner neurology conference and Josh’s was always on duty when I came and went. He was awesome & felt he was personally taking care of me!
I had an issue with my room refrigerator. It didn’t appear to be on (no noise and felt warm) and there was some water under it. I called the front desk and they sent a technician up to check it out. Morris was very personable and instantly knew what was wrong. He was able to drain all the water and the refrigerator instantly started working. He also adjusted the temperature so it wouldn’t freeze up. I really appreciate the quick and efficient fix.
The staff was amazing and pleasant. We were debating about valet or off site parking, we decided to valet and that was the best decision, Nam and his staff were amazing, professional and efficient!
Duette and Mike at the bell desk were very helpful and pleasant also Amanda at reception too! We definitely will spread the word on our wonderful stay at your property!

Very nice staff, convenient location and a great selection and Sazerac at the bar. Across the street from convention center and about a mile from the French quarter. Duette was the man.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Marriott New Orleans Warehouse District from May 1–May 3, 2026. From the moment we arrived, the level of service set the tone for the entire weekend of Jazz fest.
Sergio at the front desk was exceptional, professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. He made check-in seamless and went out of his way to ensure we felt taken care of from the start. That kind of first impression matters, and he delivered it effortlessly.
The valet team was just as impressive. The valet manager working alongside Sergio that evening created a smooth, coordinated experience that made arriving and settling in feel easy and stress-free. A special thank you as well to Nam, another valet manager, who continued that same level of excellence throughout our stay, courteous, efficient, and always one step ahead.
It’s rare to see this level of consistency across different team members, but this hotel truly delivers. Every interaction felt intentional and elevated.
If you’re looking for a hotel in New Orleans that combines comfort with standout service, this location is it. We will absolutely be back.
Very comfortable, clean hotel with fantastic, friendly staff who go above and beyond. Josh C. went out of his way to walk me to a nearby restaurant in the rain with an umbrella since I didn’t have one - I really appreciated the thoughtfulness. As a solo woman traveler, I felt very safe in this hotel. Absolutely would stay again.
