Overall the stay was awesome.
Pros:

Awesome room. Very clean and roomy.

Cons:

There was only once when we got in around 9:30 p.m. Friday night that no one was at the front desk so that we could purchase some beverages.

Excellent staff, facitilities and location!
Pros:

The room is large and has a kitchen. They accept pets, have 24hr coffee and breakfast. The location is great too.

Cons:

Just minor maintenance. The interior door to the bedroom was hanging a bit off so it was hard and loud to open/close.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Everyone was very pleasant and attentive. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Room was very “roomy”. Breakfast was nicely displaced and clean.

Average Homewood, But Great Location
Pros:

We were only here for one night. We are fans of the Homewood chain---this one was just average for the chain, but that's still good. Its biggest selling point is the location right at the massive St. Johns Town Center shopping complex. There are a great number of good restaurants within walking distance or just a 5 minute drive away. And it's one of the largest shopping areas in the US. Our two-queen suite was just fine, although maybe a bit dated. The fitness room was small. There is a pretty good-sized outdoor pool. The morning front desk manager was very friendly, but staff otherwise not that positive. There's ample free parking just outside. The free breakfast was typical Homewood (just fine). There's nothing really special about this Homewood other than the location, but that's a real plus. Overall, our stay was good.

Other than the pit bull, very pleasant.

Cons:

There was a person there with a pit bull. The dog snapped at my adult son as we got on the elevator. Another time the pit bull lunged at my dog and husband . I was very afraid of it.

Very clean, very professional, excellent location!
Pros:

The amazing front desk staff! When we arrived to check in, Hilton had a nationwide outage. They could not check anyone in. Luckily, I checked in on the app earlier that morning (love the convenience of the app). The night manager (I wish I could remember her name) jumped right into action. Because I checked in earlier she was able to get us in our room within 20 minutes! She was amazing, very professional, very calm and collected.

Room upkeep could have been a lot better.

Location is a very super exciting location in heart of the retail district.

My wife and I have stayed in other Homewood suites in the past. We were amazaed at how the floor in the kitchen was coming apart. We also turned on the shower and the shower head shooting water all over the bathroom. The bathroom sink was not repaired properly. The caulking build up was all around the faucet head. Trash all out in front of the door where you enter the hotel. Rusted door hinges, kitchen light switch had grease build up, not cleaned well. Again staying at many hotels the represent Hilto that was not up to Hilton standards.
