Cons:

Did mention to staff that shower wasn’t draining very well and had to turn it off intermittently so it could drain without overflowing the floor tray! Net/sheer curtain in window for privacy (while still allowing daylight) would be helpful as window overlooks right into properties across the very narrow street! But very comfortable bed.

Great place. Would stay again
Pros:

Location was great, perfect for shops and close to Camel trail. Great food menu and breakfast was yummy!
Cut little dog snacks for sale in bar area.

Cons:

Our room was down the hall from the ladies toilet and could hear the hand dryer going off in evening and morning

Disappointing
Pros:

The lady that checked us in didn’t seem too welcoming/friendly. The younger staff were lovely but came across nervous. The room was smaller than expected and update needed, a bit grubby though beds were comfortable. Morning staff were much better at breakfast. Food was good evening and breakfast. The carpark was a nightmare to find and wasted a lot of time in a hot car trying to get to it. Did not thing it was worth the money we paid ☹️

Cons:

Warning people about carpark, pedestrianised area and one way streets. A friendlier welcome. Small room that wasn’t aired.

Wlanted to stay near Padstow which this location offered howerever it needs updating . Was quite run down. Pleasant staf

Facility needs updating. Loo seat was completely loose, did not fit the pan. Shower was poor. Smoke alarm was dismantled

We seated in a newly renovated room and it was really lovely.

Sadly, my vegetarian pasta for dinner was disappointing. Otherwise the stay was wonderful and much appreciated.
