Great welcoming staff
Nice location, good food and excellent service from a very friendly team especially Claire.
The bed probably needed a new mattress

Breakfast very poor for the cost. Better to pop outside and get breakfast at one of several cafes. Unfriendly staff.

The room was nice, clean, and comfy. Tea, coffee making facilities; mints and chocolates.
The bed was very nice and comfortable and I slept well.
Had a meal in the evening (and had breakfast included with my room) and the food was excellent.
Will definitely check availability for another stay when catching up with my friend again in the future.

All was OK with no problems.
Large room very tastefully decorated. Ours room was lovely & warm but easy to control temperature and a fan is provided should you need it. Big bed and a proper sized tv too. It’s all the little touches which make you feel like a valued visitor. As well as tea, coffee & biscuits there was bottled water and a cute little jar of mints, not forgetting a little chocolate each too. Another positive for me is mugs provided for hot drinks instead of dinky cups!
Also we are in the restaurant for our evening meal and the food was superb, can recommend the sirloin steaks cooked as requested! Breakfast did not disappoint either, fabulous quality ingredients cooked to order.

As usual a great nights stay, the room was so comfortable and spotless. Your staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our breakfast was delicious. Thank you to all your staff and chefs.
The staff were super lovely! Couldn't rate them highly enough, they were so lovely! The rooms were also really pretty!
