friendly staff . Just aging facilities

Very big and convenient to all the local stuff in putrajaya. Staff nice and very big room. Breakfast great

Swimming pool is dirty

It was a 1 night stay as we were travelling. Okay for a night.

Secluded

Stayed one night. Large and comfortable room with a garden view. Friendly Staff. The gym is very small. There are no chairs to sit on the balcony and also no reading chair in the room - very uncomfortable to read in the writing chair or on the bed.

A lovely find. Impressive entrance. Staff were kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Excellent value

I never expect that i like this hotel. I read the review before I come. I booked this hotel adhoc as this is the only hotel that is within my budget for last minute bookings and have the bathtub and swimming pool

I never choose this hotel before this for staycation because the review says that the food is so so and not worth it

However, when I come to check in, the staff are super helpful and friendly. They tried their best to help us

Yes there are a lot of improvements as there are nothing to do for kids except swimming at the pools. The kids room need to be upgraded. I hope they can add slides, or small swing there. Besides the swimming pool are, i hope that the hotel and add more security at the area as currently, the viewing are only comes with a loose cable instead of safety grill or glass.

The pool eventho it is small compared to other pool in nearby hotels, the view is nice. I love the ambience and they music that the staff keep playing makes the area alive. Keep it up. I love the pool very much

The room comes with the bathtub. Super clean and comfy. I hope they can add a chair at the balcony.

The food is not bad and worth the money. A good combination as i can see there are other protein aside eggs menu. And the food is delicious. Keep it up

My seconde direction After melacca was in putrajaya, this hotel 5* was amazing clean space and nice view from the room

A difficult review really. I was going as part of a group, so this hotel wasn't my choice, so some of the things that I had difficulty might have been no issue if I chose where to stay.
The hotel has nothing convenient to it except a lovely garden area. No restaurants, local transport (unless you use Grab or Taxis), convenience stores, bars etc. It is quite isolated.
The staff are very nice and very helpful, they work hard to make you welcome. The rooms are large but are in need of maintenance. The rooms were clean but frequently had ant problems. Most things worked as they should and the hotel was under major renovations. I would like to see the place when the renovations are completed.
Breakfast was nice with a good variety of dishes to choose from. Dinner was very unimpressive. Lacks imagination and quality. The garlic bread had to be snapped in half like a hard biscuit and was cold. It was rare to see people eating at the restaurant at night. There is no service of alcohol anywhere in the hotel, so a wine with dinner is totally out of the question.
Overall very friendly place to stay, but other issues may be of consideration to you. I would say it was value for money, but not exactly best value for everyone.

The hotel is located in a very large park which provides beautiful surroundings. Pleasant area for walking.

The gardens are immaculate, well done gardeners. The pool is fantastic, infinity edge views and heated perfectly. All the staff very friendly. Breakfast good choices. Room service meals high quality.
Cons: aircon didnt cool the room down enough and a few things could do with a touch eg paint on balcony rails. Still worth staying at and I would return.
