Muito agradável !
Pros:

O quarto que ficamos tinha um ótimo espaço e uma vista da praia maravilhosa , com uma varanda muito boa . Café da manhã muito variado. O hotel também tem transporte gratuito a cada meia hora para o centro e tem uma van que transporta do Porto para o hotel e vice versa com um custo de 8 euros por pessoa.

Excellent hotel with amazing views and service! Shout out to Nicola and Cataldo!!
Pros:

What a wonderful hotel to stay in. Location, service, hotel shuttle - pretty much everything was wonderful! The location is breathtaking, with amazing views of Marina Piccolo and Il Faraglioni rocks from the lobby, the restaurant, and our terrace (Family Junior Suite*). You can walk down to Marina Piccolo where there is a beach club, areas for swimming, and a pickup location for private boat tours around Capri. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet complete with an omelette station, pastries, fresh fruit, etc. We had lunch one day by the pool, and enjoyed a lovely dinner in the restaurant, with evening views of the area. The service was outstanding, especially Nicola and Cataldo! Nicola greeted us upon arrival, ensuring our bags made it promptly up to our room. And upon departure, he kept an eye out for our departure time to be sure we were taken care of getting to the hotel shuttle bus. Whenever we saw him, he always had a smile to share and greeted us with such warmth and joy, he was an absolute delight! Cataldo took excellent care of us in the restaurant during our stay. He was always kind, helpful, and very personable, providing outstanding service! We really appreciated that he remembered us the next morning at breakfast after having dined there at dinner the evening before. They both really made our stay better with their personal service and kindness! The hotel shuttle is another huge benefit of staying here. Upon arrival in Marina Grande, we called the hotel & they told us where to meet the shuttle, which took us directly to the hotel. They also run shuttles to/from Capri Town, and will take you back to Marina Grande upon departure. Because it's a shuttle service, sometimes you do have to wait, but it was reasonable in our opinion. *Advise for booking your room: Pay attention to each room type as they have different terrace sizes, etc & some don't have a terrace at all.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we really didn't like. The only thing that could have been better was that we were there at the end of April and would have enjoyed the pool being heated. There may be a second pool that was under maintenance that may usually be heated, but we just had one.

The hotel collect you from the port which made things easy. You just ring them when you arrive. All the staff are helpful and friendly and the location is amazing. Breathtaking views. Reasonable prices at the bar and restaurant. Loved this hotel it’s one of the best I’ve been to.

Cons:

It’s not that I didn’t like it but you pay for everything at the end of your stay. So it’s like everything is in a tab. It’s not that much of a big deal but it’s nice to know how much you’re spending. But this wouldn’t put me off. This is an amazing hotel.

Gorgeous with Stunning Views!
Pros:

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! Our room was fabulous with a terrace overlooking the ocean. The shuttle service was great and the staff worked overtime to make us happy.

Cons:

The beach area was crowded and rocky, but this not the hotels fault.

The front office staff was fantastic. The breakfast was fantastic. The view from our junior suite was fantastic. The room and some of the facilities were outdated. The shuttle to and from the port was great and the shuttle to and from Capri Town was great.

Cons:

There was no ability to take food from the restaurant to enjoy on our balcony, weird. No real room service. The hair dryer in the room and a note that said "do no use" instead of putting one in that worked.
