I love the location, the hotel is beautiful, and the service is excellent! food was great 👏

Cons:

The internet connection is really quite poor here. I was in Room 604, and unfortunately, the Wi-Fi just can’t reach that area. Hopefully, this gets better soon!

Pros:

Super miejsce, piękne widoki i najważniejsze to darmowy dojazd busem do centrum Capri. Bus jeździ cały dzień. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Obsługa miła i uprzejma. Basen w którym można popływać i dodatkowo bardzo duży basen z podgrzewaną wodą i dyszami wodnymi. Hotel godny polecenia.

Incredible views!!! Wonderful staff that were very helpful. Had the best lobster pasta in the whole of Italy at their hotel restaurant. The free shuttle into town was really helpful!

Le site bien évidemment , l'accueil bien sûr et la qualité du personnel - des collaborateurs- .Faites en sorte de conserver ce personnel , tout viendra en surplus . A la réception le gus de Santorin est remarquable ; à promouvoir . Il faut mieux utiliser le porteur de valise qui éclate d'énergie et de bonne humeur . Le soir au salon ,un jeune étudiant sachant jouer au piano , attirerait des solitaires ou des couples heureux de siroter une liqueur en rêvant des jours heureux vécus ou à venir .

Cons:

La langue française est deuxième langue à l'ONU et aux JO . Je sais l'importance de la langue anglaise en ce monde .JE vous assure qu'une formation -même légère - de votre personnel à la langue française vous apporterait beaucoup en clientèle , parfois en qualité . Vos prestations à des prix acceptables ont ,en France , des preneurs nombreux que vous ignorez . Sorry for these ideas from an old man who love Italia like a twin sister.
