La ubicación era muy buena, vistas muy bonitas.
Reservamos para la cena a las 10, el comedor cerraba a las 10 y media, como vimos que había poca gente entramos a las 9 y media y nos pusieron mala cara. Comida muy regular, nos preguntaron que tal y se lo comentamos de buena manera y nos invitaron a un postre que habíamos pedido, le dijimos que no era necesario, le dejamos propina pero la cuenta se la dio a otro camarero para que nos la llevara, gesto feo e innecesario.
El resto del personal del hotel super amables, tanto recepcion como los chicos de las furgonetas y la chica del restaurante de la piscina.
Cadre exceptionnel, vue incroyable sur la mer.
Gentillesse du personnel. Le café au petit déjeuner était très bon. Service de navettes en continue pour se rendre au centre de Capri et en revenir.
Le repas de midi (repas du jour) n était pas très savoureux (légumes et poisson trop salés).
Ottimo Hotel!! Struttura super organizzata sia per quanto riguarda i trasferimenti che per tutto il resto (colazione super, pasti ottimi, andata e ritorno dal porto e dal centro, servizio che offre l'hotel in aggiunta che non è da sottovalutare). Lo staff è stato super gentile e carino, dalla reception ai camerieri. La vista dall'hotel sui Faraglioni e su Marina Piccola è a dir poco straordinaria, la spiaggia in fondo alla scalinata è la chicca finale!
La habitación no funcionaba Netflix.

Premesso che il nostro soggiorno complessivamente è stato ottimo. Hotel con posizione stupenda, grande professionalità e cortesia dei dipendenti, unica nota negativa la gestione della mezza pensione. Passi che per la mezza pensione ci sia un menù a parte ma non comprendo perchè i pasti vengano serviti su piatti differenti, e molto più piccoli, rispetto a quelli normalmente usati e con porzioni ridotte. Anche la qualità del cibo proposto non è la stessa rispetto a quello della carta normale. Tutto ciò lo ritengo estremamente sgradevole e sinceramente piuttosto offensivo nei confronti del cliente.
The view is absolutely phenomenal! The staff were very professional, friendly and ready to help. While it is not a short distance from downtown, we appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the city center that ran every 15 minutes. The restaurant did not disappoint and we enjoyed several delicious meals there. We loved spending time on our balcony, enjoying the view of the Faraglioni, the waves, boats, and moonlight over Marina Piccolo. I wish it would have been a warmer March, so that we could have enjoyed the lovely pool and outdoor lounge areas!

La struttura è super organizzata sia per quanto riguarda i trasferimenti che per tutto il resto (pasti, andata e ritorno dal porto che è un servizio che offre l'hotel in aggiunta e non è da sottovalutare). Lo staff è stato super gentile e carino, dalla reception ai camerieri. In particolare Cataldo ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa durante il nostro soggiorno. I ragazzi che ci hanno accompagnato ogni giorno andata e ritorno al centro di Capri ci hanno facilitato molto perché senza di loro avremmo dovuto prendere dei taxi di continuo, e sono super simpatici e disponibili. La vista dall'hotel sui Faraglioni e su Marina Piccola è a dir poco straordinaria (allego una foto della vista per dare un'idea a chi non conosce la struttura). Torneremo sicuramente. :) Eleonora
