lamentablemente nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante por el trato recibido por parte del personal de recepción.
Uno de los recepcionistas, Alessandro, fue muy poco respetuoso y bastante borde con nosotras. La habitación que nos asignaron tenía un olor muy desagradable y, cuando solicitamos un cambio, nos respondió de forma poco profesional diciendo que el hotel estaba completo.
Después acudió el manager, que apenas hablaba inglés o español, lo que hizo muy difícil la comunicación. Nos dijo que la única habitación disponible no tenía ventana, la puerta apenas funcionaba y las toallas estaban sucias. Le expliqué que habíamos reservado y pagado una habitación estándar, tal y como aparece en las fotos de Booking, y su respuesta fue: “Si no le gusta, cámbiese de hotel”. Además, ni siquiera sabía que nuestra reserva se había realizado a través de Booking.
Finalmente, como compensación, nos invitaron a cenar, nos reembolsaron 130 € y al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación. Sin embargo, eso no compensó el trato recibido.
Otro incidente muy desagradable fue que desapareció el pastel de cumpleaños que teníamos en la habitación. Cuando preguntamos por él, nadie supo darnos una explicación ni asumir ninguna responsabilidad.
También pagamos un servicio de shuttle privado al puerto el último día. Sin embargo, el conductor recogió a otras personas que no formaban parte de nuestro traslado, las dejó primero en el centro y solo después nos llevó al puerto, lo que provocó un retraso injustificado. Si se paga un servicio, se espera que se respete.
La sensación general fue de una organización caótica y de un personal poco amable. Incluso pudimos ver cómo algunos empleados hablaban entre ellos sobre los clientes, algo muy poco profesional.
La única excepción fue Vicente, el recepcionista. Fue amable, respetuoso, muy profesional y hablaba perfectamente inglés y español. Gracias a él, nuestra experiencia fue un poco más llevadera.

We loved the hotel’s location and the stunning views over the marina. The free shuttle service to and from Capri town was an excellent idea and made getting around very easy and convenient. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great variety of fresh food. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and in a fantastic location.

The hotel has a wonderful location, beautiful views and excellent breakfasts. Unfortunately, one serious incident spoiled our entire stay.

During dinner, a waiter asked where we were from. When we said Israel, he replied that he did not like Israel, stopped serving us and continued to deliberately ignore us during the rest of our stay.

Such discriminatory and unprofessional behaviour is completely unacceptable in an international hotel. We strongly expect the management to investigate this incident thoroughly, identify the employee involved and take appropriate action. Every guest must be treated with the same respect, regardless of nationality or country of origin.

On our first day, we were already thinking about returning to this hotel in the future. After this incident, our mood and holiday were ruined, and unfortunately, we no longer wish to return.

Thank you to the rest of the staff for their kindness and professionalism. We sincerely hope the management will take this matter seriously and ensure that no other guest has a similar experience.

Nossa estadia foi excelente do início ao fim. Fomos muito bem recebidas e acolhidas por toda a equipe, que sempre foi extremamente educada, atenciosa e prestativa. O atendimento fez toda a diferença e nos sentimos muito bem cuidadas durante toda a hospedagem.
