Ricorderò l’alba vista dalla mia camera!
Pros:

Panorama pazzesco! Qualità della colazione eccellente!

Cons:

Disorganizzazione generale a partire dalla colazione. Navetta verso la zona termale difficile da reperire, inoltre questa zona andrebbe ristrutturata in quanto non è assolutamente in linea con il livello della struttura.

I dettagli in un 5 stelle devono fare la differenza
Pros:

Albergo storico in posizione unica, ristrutturato completamente sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni. Personale purtroppo molto giovane ed inesperto non a livello di un 5 stelle ci vorrebbe una guida esperta per evitare situazioni spiacevoli. Ottimo il servizio bar di grandissima esperienza. L'hotel si appoggia ad un centro termale molto vecchio con evidenti problemi strutturali ma con una vista spettacolare e personale molto cordiale (soprattutto i bagnini)

A must visit hotel in a beautiful location
Pros:

The property is in a beautiful location- walkable to everything in the stunning village of Sant Angelo. The hotel has breathtaking views over the sea. On arrival greeted by lovely staff who was really helpful (didn’t catch his name but make, curly hair, glasses). He was extremely polite and offered us a seat while he checked us in. Since we arrived early the room wasn’t ready but they had provided a complimentary upgrade and advised us how to use the facilities (Aphrodite thermal spa or sea side access - towels provided for both). We opted to take a short (albeit hilly) walk to Aphrodite, through charming coastal footpath with views to die for. You can take the free electric care shuttle which we did on return as there’s a bit of a hill. Aphrodite thermal spa was lovely and if oh head upstairs for a bed there is calm, relaxing and again spectacular views over the coastline with a pool to cool off in and a bar for refreshments.
Upon checkin we were accompanied to our room by hotel staff and our bags shortly followed by the whole hotel and room is extremely clean. The view from the balcony is just incredible and I wish we stayed more nights.
We went out for an evening meal just down the road which was a fantastic night. Heading back to the hotel they had live music so we sat on our balcony and listened/relaxed with a drink under a starry sky.
Breakfast was lovely. Scrambled eggs 10/10. Again absolutely stunning setting view of the ocean.
We used Aphrodite Spa facilities and the hotel arranged electric car to pick us up and take us to the taxi rank, where there was a taxi waiting for us to take us to Ischia Porto. All arranged by the lovely chap I mentioned earlier.
We would absolutely be privileged to return to this hotel and felt so blessed to have had such a wonderful experience in a beautiful place.
