Very disappointing.
Pros:

Not much this time. It’s definitely gone down hill.

Cons:

House keeping was supposed to be every other day. On day four I had to request house keeping. Cleaning clothes and other cleaning supplies were left in my room.

Good breakfast and staff tries their best
Cons:

Asked front desk if the tv has ABC as we wanted to watch Stanley Cup NHL final game that night. Front desk guy said he had never been in a room doesn’t know what the TV has. Turned out only cable no regular tv channels. I think front desk staff should know things about what services they have in the hotel

All in all, it was a great stay, and I would recommend the hotel to others for similar use.
Pros:

The hotel staff was very pleasant, our room was clean and comfortable, however, the bathroom needs updating, it felt a bit tired, but it was clean. The location was very convenient to the filed hockey tournaments that we were attending all weekend.

The bathroom needs some updating, it felt a little tired.

Great location, clean rooms
Pros:

I loved how clean the rooms were! The bathroom was outdated but other than that my stay was great! The staff were very nice, it’s pet friendly, and close to everything!

Cons:

Outdated bathrooms and it’s a major stop for travel sports so don’t expect a quiet experience
