Pros:

Place is freshly updated and staff was friendly. Room met expectations and was very spacious. Bed was comfy and temperature in room actually felt like the temperature we wanted.

It was OK.
Cons:

Overall it was a nice stay. The carpet in the room was the only big issue. Just moments of walking around with clean socks we all noticed how filthy they were. Not like dirt or hair, but dark brown grime all over our feet. Just a little disappointing we couldn’t walk around the room without shoes on.

Enjoyable
Pros:

Friendly staff, location was great, clean. Any questions we had they were happy to help.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

No hot water the 2nd day, maintance tried to fix it. Next day it was normal.
Closet and frame was broken, let front desk know after check in
Around the air conditoner the floor was wet but i know they had heavy rain the night before we check in. Stayed wet our whole stay
Wish they would of stated online that pool is seasonal and wasnt open.

It was ok.

Cons:

It was icy outside no rock salt was put on the side entrance. Very slippery and dangerous. My grandson fell. I had to drop my wife off in the front so she wouldn’t fall then go park on the side. She couldn’t go up the steps or ramp to icy.

Adequate but just OK. The quality was not comparable to the price.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Room was tidy.

Cons:

There a very damp, mildew like smell in our room. Could not get room to cool below 70. Elevator was cracked and needs repair.

It was fine for 1 night
Pros:

We spent one night at this hotel. The rooms are very basic. They look average. We had issues with hot water. You have to let it run for a good ten minutes before it gets warm enough to be able to bathe. The bed was not the greatest. Sheets would not stay on. There’s a small fridge where we kept our drinks. Window blinds were hard to pull down. Definitely needs some work.

Worst Hampton stay ever
Pros:

Located close to major stores and restaurants

Cons:

The doors wouldn't open with our keys. We had to have the maid service open our door to the room for us several times. The elevator wouldn't work going down from the 3rd floor. The floors were broken in the elevator. The bed was so uncomfortable we slept on the floor.
