New, clean, dog friendly and kind people
Pros:

Everything was pretty new, it was dog friendly, affordable, easy parking, right off the highway, and very good breakfast.

Good stay with a surprise
Pros:

Cleanliness, coziness, great location
Staff was exceptional. She found a microwave for us to use because our room didn't include one. She actually brought it to us personally!

Cons:

Was surprised at vegan soap shreds in lobby bathroom. I had no dislike for them but found that water allowance of faucet was a bit minimum for the suds the soap made.

Great place to stay for a night or two
Pros:

It is easy access from freeway. Very clean and new. Rooms are small, for our needs that was not a problem. Adequate breakfast. We use this hotel when traveling from South Carolina to New Jersey. It’s just for a night and is a quick stay. Hometown Diner right below hotel is great for dinner.

The room was clean although we had to ask to have our bedding changed after several days. The staff was very nice. Breakfast is below average.

Everything you need from a one night stay while on vacation
Pros:

Really friendly and helpful staff! The coffee machines were great and available throughout our entire stay even at 4:30am. We had booked a room with a tub and got one with a shower. The office staff was super quick to change the rooms and help us to feel comfortable and attended to.

Overall, the stay was fantastic and would stay here again.

The staff was awesome! Great customer service!

Cons:

The floor in our bathroom was not clean. Area around the toilet and under the sink was very dirty. However, the shower and sink were clean. It looked like they only cleaned the floor in the middle and left the rest dirty. Kind of disappointed as we had stayed a few days before this, and the other room was spotless. Also, loud noises from the room above us. They were walking heavy and rolling their chair around several times late into the night. Needless to say, we did not rest well.

Pros:

Comfortable beds and pillows.nice layout of hotel. Easy on and off interstate. (Several local hotels in the area had computer problems and were temporarily closed which sent additional guests to this hotel.) Carrie was the front desk person and took care of breakfast for everyone. She remained professional and pleasant. Well done!

State of the art black out shades!!
Pros:

Modern, sleek, and clean hotel. The black out shades were my favorite - they should make those for houses! They have a track they go into so that no light escapes. We actually thought the sun didn't come up yet - until we opened them and saw the blazing sun pour in!
