Nice hotel to stop at on a road trip.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was comprehensive with many options. This was a good value for the price and a perfect stop on a road trip.

Cons:

This was not the fault of the hotel but we saw a guest let his unleashed dog swim in the public pool. Very unsanitary and gross. Our room also faced an eyesore of an empty lot with construction materials and dumpsters. It was not a lot connected with the hotel.

This family friendly hotel located off interstate 81 is clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel location right off I-81 was perfect. When you walk into the hotel it smells clean and fresh. Common areas were clean. Comfortable beds and the hanging hooks in the room should be in every hotel.

Cons:

There were two of us in the room and only two towels. We would have liked another couple of towels for morning showers. Breakfast was okay. Choices for hot food options were limited.

The lobby area was clean and room was suitable.

Cons:

There was a lot of dirt and grime along the walls and floor in the bathroom. It hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. The water was shut off for 6-7 hours at night. The doors to rooms slam very loudly. The breakfast was mediocre with only a few options for kids.

Pros:

Peaceful. Rooms are well equipped. Front desk lady was superb. Free toothbrushes/toothpaste is excellent. Hotel has better ascetic than similarly priced locales.

Cons:

Pool could have posted message for when it was last monitored, like pH levels and cleanliness. Air felt very stuffy and there were signs of rust around the pool. Streaming services didn't work in room. View of junk behind hotel was less than pleasing for a view.
