Away from the crowds
Pros:

I liked having a water view from the room. The king bed was super comfortable. A big plus for having a Keurig coffee maker in the room. I'm not much of a breakfast person, but my husband told me they had a good selection of foods, hot and cold. It was a bit too far to walk into Ogunquit, but I liked the quieter setting.

Cons:

The only thing that I did not like was that our room had a small sofa that was rather uncomfortable, but I can't say what other rooms may have for seating.

Great first time stay with family.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, staff was pleasant and helpful. Nice view :)

Room could have been cleaner (floor), plumbing issues but resolved quickly.

The very best accommodations in all of Ogunquit!
Pros:

The view of the Ogunquit river inlet from our room with balcony was just beautiful. We were delighted each day by the sunrise, bird life, changing tides and lovely skies. The lawn offers lounges, chairs, and a life-sized chess board. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful and hard working. The breakfast included both hot and cold dishes and many tasty extras. The pool and kayak rental are an added bonus. The location on the Ogunquit/Wells line is much preferred to the congested downtown area. Wonderful beaches and many restaurants are close by. We’ve been guests here many times and will be again!

Fantasticly Fun time in Wells/Ogunquit! Easy to Inn b4 crowded downtown!!!
Pros:

The Staff 5Star and so helpful!! We were on lowest walk out floor. Not the best for us oldsters because several stairs on many levels, but the Staff gave us multiple golf cart rides up to our car and breakfast! Everyone so friendly, including Andy the kayaking Guy. Great place on saltwater for kayaking!!! Wonderful place and experience!🤩 (3 nights mid August 2026)

Multiple stairs on most all levels, but Staff is fast for pickups!

Just OK.
Pros:

Breakfast food was good quality and pretty good assortment.

Cons:

There was dried blood on one of the comforters that was covered by a top sheet. Gross and unacceptable. Room was damp. Mattresses were too soft. Didn't use it, but the pool was too small for the size of the facility.

We LOVED the room how spectacularly clean and SCENIC view
Pros:

We absolutely were thrilled w the location. The reserves outside our room was a.gift we never expected. Glorious w watching the herons,egrits etc

Cons:

Afraid we found the breakfast rather Ick. White sausages, weak.coffee, not real eggs, etc
That being said, we wouldn't put that on public reviews. I'm sure the breakfast helps many as it's included ie: families w kids etc.
We heard from someone that they were less than us in a similar room. We didn't get AAA disc. Next time we decided we ll push more for that .
