Pros:

Very nice room and property!

Cons:

Location is a bit out of town. No elevator to help get bags to floors not on ground level.

Pros:

I booked through Booking.com and requested to check in between 1-2:00. I was under the impression that we were getting a balcony room facing the river.
In fact, when we checked in, they gave us a window view of the river, were not notified of an early check in and the cost was higher than theirs!
They changed our room, and we checked in at 3:00 - later than thought but still okay. The view was beautiful, and the breakfast was good!

Very pretty and comfortable stay, just a bit too far to walk to downtown Ogunquit
Pros:

Room was comfortable, staff was nice, buffet breakfast was decent, pretty view right on the water

Cons:

Wish it were closer to downtown Ogunquit since traffic and parking are very hard, tv didn't work, one staff member gave us incorrect info about a local beach

we found bed bugs in our bed abd were compd $70 , because that's worth my wife's threatening allergic reaction ....it's a shame besides bugs in our bed it was a great place

Vraiment superbe vacances
Pros:

Super de belle expérience, personnelle très sympathique, les chambres sont très propres, tout l établissement est très bien entretenu.piscine très propre, panier toujours rempli de serviette de plage. Accès à la plage facilement et à plusieurs bons restaurants! Activités amusantes en famille dont le fun parc où l ont retrouve un mini-golf, go-kart,arcades! Nous allons y retourner c est certain

Wonderful hotel--I will definitely come back again.
Pros:

Deceptively plain from the entrance road, which is a good thing! The lobby was beautiful and comfortable, and the marsh wetlands and (distant) sea views out the back were terrific, both from the lobby and our rooms.

Cons:

Cable TV options were quite confusing
Toilet seat was too small for most male adults

Très bel hôtel, personnel sympathique et accueillant.
Pros:

L’accueil était chaleureux. Les chambres sont rénovées et très propre. Le site est beau.

bathroom shower tile was slippery-- TV had no local options so couldnt watch red sox game- it was also confusing - would also like the ability to stay in room with view without climbing stairs
