Facilities, restaurant, and staff were all exceptional.
Street noise, having to cross a very busy road to access the beach club.
We traveled throughout Europe for a month…this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. Location is perfect. Room is beautiful and comfortable. Staff is amazing! Breakfast was fabulous…it was a peaceful and relaxing stay! We enjoyed just sitting on the balcony soaking up the views of Lake Maggiore ! Thank you for an amazing stay - highlight of our travels❤️❤️
That our visit had to come to an end / loved it!
The location of the hotel was fabulous with views out over lake Maggiore. It was a large room with every comfort and a great balcony from which we could relax and enjoy the views.
Nothing really - the only thing was that there was building works going on next door which were very noisy. Fortunately , this was only during the day but it was a little disruptive.

The La Palma hotel is beautiful and the staff is mostly fantastic, but be cautious booking here without researching first. We reserved the hotel specifically because of the spectacular roof deck (Sky Bar) which we wanted to enjoy in the evening. We were shocked to find out later that evening that there was a private event and guest were told (initially) that they could not have access to the roof! Some guests were turned away at the elevator. Later we were told we could only gather at the pool where there were no umbrellas or tables in direct sun. We complained to Dili at the front desk and she said she would call someone, but apparently, there was nothing that could be done. Clearly the hotel management values private parties over their guests. Alexa, also at the front desk, overheard us and called the Sky Bar manager who arranged a table. In the end, the hotel did allow us to have access to a corner of the deck and the staff went out of their way to create a good experience for us, including a complimentary cocktail. We were happy with this outcome. We understand that the hotel wants to make additional money from their wonderful deck. But it is not acceptable to deny hotel guests without advance notice to the hotel’s best feature. Why not just add additional umbrellas so you can accommodate a private party plus your paying guests? This is a big management issue which will need to be sorted in the future, and we should not have to go to so much trouble to have a good hotel experience.
The hotel combines comfort, elegance, and a fantastic location. My room was spotless and well-equipped, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the views from the property were breathtaking. It was a truly enjoyable experience, and I would happily recommend it to friends and family.

Das Restaurant war auch mit Außenbereich. Eine top Skybar mit Pool auf der Terrasse in der 7. Etage und mit super Aussicht

The location is great and the pool
The property is on a huge construction site and on a noisy street. The staff argues with you about how noisy it is. Not a good value and not a 4 star hotel

It's hard to pick up something in particular - it was just perfect: staff, room, staff, Sky Bar, literally everything. Beach Club was just amazing.
the only thing I can thing of is quality of coffee on breakfast and absence of freshly cooked omelette and\or other types of eggs. Scrambled eggs was pretty much the only option, which is surprising for such a great 4 star hotel.
