Staff molto gentile, colazione ottima, stanza ampia e ben pulita. Ottima posizione. Fantastico panorama dalla terrazza dell'ultimo piano.

Nonostante il soggiorno sia stato ottimo, due appunti. Contattando la srruttura via mail ho ricevuta risposta dopo una settimana, a soggiorno già avvenuto.
E nella spa non c'era una presenza dello staff fissa, il fatto di vedere un cane aggirarsi nella zona relax di una Spa di un hotel di un certo livello, mi ha abbastanza infastidito, credo sia un luogo dove si ricerca il massimo dell'igiene, del silenzio e della tranquillità, ed è legittimo aspettarsi che non ci siano animali all'interno.

Ein Juwel von einem Hotel an bester Lage am Lago Maggiore
Pros:

Traumhaftes Hotel an der Promenade des Lago Maggiore. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Traumhaft bequeme Betten, Frühstück Buffet excellent mit Aussicht auf den See. Die Sky Terrasse ein wahrer Traum und der Beachclub super schön. Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen.

The beach club would be great in the summer
Pros:

We stayed here several nights during our visit to Stresa. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so the front desk stored our luggage and actually had it delivered it to our room by the time we returned later in the afternoon. The room had a balcony that overlooked Lake Maggiore with room for a table and 2 chairs. There were power shutters on the balcony door that darkened the room nicely. There were also plenty of electrical outlets by the bed for charging purposes. The bathroom had plenty of counter space and plentiful hot water. We ate breakfast each morning in their restaurant, and they had a good selection of meats and cheeses in addition to fruits, cereals and breads. The weather was too cool for us to use, but they also had a beach club across the street with a pool, loungers and umbrellas.

Loved our visit
Pros:

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights and loved our visit. The hotel is clean, updated, and perfectly located. There is a fitness area, and we were able to park our car in their garage. The breakfast was extensive both mornings, and excellent. We had a room with a balcony, and the view of the lake and islands were stunning. Lastly, we inquired about how to arrange a private boat to take us to the islands and the hotel clerks set it up for us with no problem. This is a great hotel, and we would definitely stay there again if we are so lucky as to be able to visit Stresa a second time.
