Great location
Pros:

Location, the swimming pool and sky bar

Cons:

There is construction next door which could obstruct your view and there are party through out our stay which some facilities are not available to regular guest. One day the house keeping did refresh towel but did not make up the bed. It is very odd for a 4 stars hotel giving how much it charged

Lovely stay, but could be even better!
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, modern but with character and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, and the beach club/pool area has amazing views over the lake. Toilets at the beach club were like a spa changing room! Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The spa wasn't very good, treatment was average (the therapist was lovely) and people wandering in & out by the treatment room being noisy. The sunbeds around the pool are quite uncomfortable for a long period of time, for the price of staying there I would expect comfier sun loungers. Also, i wasn't informed about the building work next door, i found out from a friend who had been recently. This was unpleasant in the mornings when having a cup of tea in bed, not the most relaxing start to our day! Otherwise, couldn't really hear it in other areas of the hotel. Beds & pillows in the room were not that comfortable either.

Great location, friendly staff and the Beach Club was a perfect spot to relax.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic, catered well for Gluten free.
Staff were super friendly & helpful booking a boat for us.

Cons:

Happy Hour at the beach club from 5 to 6pm - just a suggestion!!

Genieten aan het meer, heerlijk hotel met klein zwembad op dak en een zwembad over de weg met uitzicht op het meer.Op het dak zit ook een bar met zitjes, daar is het in de avond prachtig zitten. Neem muggenspray mee! Ruime eigen parkeerplaats even verderop. Het ontbrak nergens aan. Vriendelijk personeel, Geweldig ontbijt!

Wonderful beach club , perfect
Pros:

We absolutely adore Italy and have travelled to many different lakes across the years.
Lake Maggiore did not disappoint.

The highlight of the hotel was the beach club across the road. Our experience with the staff was fabulous, they worked really hard and non stop all day, with a smile. They were attentive and hospitable, and made our time pleasant. They really took time to answer any questions and were right there when we needed any help. You could see them engaging with all the hotel guests, and came across so friendly and welcoming.

Same goes for the staff at the restaurant, breakfast was always busy, but the staff worked hard, always on the move and never too busy to provide anything we asked for, so thank you.

However, what let the hotel down were the staff at the reception who were not attentive at all. Every person on the front desk were unwelcoming, on arrival and throughout the day. Not one person could even give a simple smile, even when approached with questions. Everything seemd like such an effort and they came scross as not wanting to be there. This was certainly very poor and even when asked questions, it seemed to bother them and we were given unhelpful and abrupt answers. We are really surprised that front desk were like this , which was very disappointing and made us not want to ask any further questions or engage with any of them.

The reception staff at La Palma should take note!! This is what wonderful service should be like!! So thank you to all the lovely exceptional staff at the beach club and also restaurant.

If it were not for the staff at the beach club and restaurant, I would have rated this hotel 1 star based on ther front desk. Front desk certainly let the hotel down on this occasion from our experience.

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren toll!

Unser Zimmer war nicht ganz so modern wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, allerdings war das Bad neuer und alles war sauber.
