Pros:

Excellente adresse pour un séjour à Rennes
Pros:

Ce n'est pas la première fois que je viens dans cet établissement et je renouvelle mes séjours pour les raisons suivantes : 1) calme de l'hôtel; 2) qualité du petit déjeuner; 3) excellent rapport qualité/prix; 4) proximité du métro; 5) facilité du garage.

Pros:

学生さんが実際アパートとして使ってるのか？食事スペースや中庭にたくさんいたので安心感がありました。
お部屋は街並みとおなじようなかわいらしい部屋で、棚もほこりなど全く無さそうできれいでした。
お部屋は20平米くらいでしたが棚がたくさんあったので3泊中棚に荷物を置けて、大きいキャリーを何度も開け閉めせずに済みました。エレベーターが2つあってそんなに待たずに使えたこと、フロントスタッフは7:00-1:00にいてくれて（メーデーもいてくれました）フロントは夜ロックされるようで安心でした。周辺の治安は良かったと思います。駅に向かうバス停まで徒歩4.5分ほど、メトロサンタンヌ駅までは6-7分と思います。
タオルはバスタオルとタオルが1枚ずつ、ヒーターがあったので乾かして使いました。フロントにちょっとしたお菓子とお水を置いていました

Cons:

1階の扉が重く、しっかり閉まってないことがほとんどでした。換気扇が無いので調理すると充満します。
シャワーの水捌けがあまり良く無い、ティッシュ等の紙は全く無いです

Pros:

Grande surface de l'appartement, bon équipement général.

Cons:

La cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée avec des basiques (sel/poivre/huile/dosettes de café) ou ils pourraient au moins être accessibles à la réception.

Le moment venu un rafraîchissement de l'ensemble serait nécessaire !

Emplacement idéale, petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Chambre spacieuse et agréable.

Cons:

Il faudrait penser à vérifier la vaisselle, pas toujours propre surtout les poêles, poignées collantes ainsi que le revêtement.
