Bon établissement pour un séjour de quelques jours
Pros:

Bien équipé, très bien entretenu. Quartier calme. Éloigné du centre mais tout proche du métro, parking privé très pratique.

Cons:

Pas d’espace dédié pour poser un PC. Obligé d’utiliser la table

Logement confortable proche du centre historique
Pros:

Très bien situé à 5mn à pied du centre historique. Chambre confortable et très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Chambre un peu bruyante au RDC à côté de la rue, mais raisonnable. Prix élevé par rapport au niveau relativement standard de la chambre, mais c'était a priori le cas pour tous les hôtels à Rennes en période de Carrefours de l'Eau.
