Cons:

Шкаф для одежды в ванной комнате - это не очень удобно. Высокая цена за парковку.

La ubicación, aunque no es super céntrico se llega a todos los sitios del centro de Rennes fácilmente andando. El coche le dejas en su parking y te olvidas,
el desayuno está bien, relación calidad precio.
el personal y su atención, también bien

Cons:

la habitación es de hace 40 años, un baño super antiguo, sin aire acondicionado con una temperatura de 30/36 ºC . únicamente dispones de un ventilador super ruidoso.
la habitación y el establecimiento esta obsoleto, solo un poco “mejorado en imagen”, pero relación calidad precio es un hotel caro. Infraestructura muy anticuada.

Pros:

The friendliness of the staff and the proximity of the hotel to the city. It also had a very large enclosed attractive garden which had tables and chairs where you could just sit and relax or bring your own food and drink for a picnic if you wanted. I would say you were even encouraged to use this lovely space. The hotel rooms had mini kitchens with glasses, plates and cutlery so it was easy to prepare a simple meal.

Cons:

The studio we stayed in was spacious enough but it was kitted out like an office with wire mesh bedside tables etc. The furnishings were functional but unattractive. There wasn't a daily maid service although you could request cleaning at a charge. At the end of your stay you were asked to take any rubbish down to the basement where the bins were.

Appart hôtel très bien situé, dans le centre proche des bus, commerces à proximité, l'accueil est agréable, l'environnement très plaisant avec le jardin, tout est très bien.
