Comfortable accomodations at a good value for the area and good for families.
Pros:

The location is incredible - lovely and convenient for all activities in the Beaver Creek area. Great for families. Kids were in adjoining room and a pizza place is on the first floor. Breakfast in the hotel each day was great. A short walk to the most beautiful playground I have ever visited at Creekside Park. We came in early October, the off season, when almost nothing is happening. It was still very beautiful and a lot of fun. The building is older but in good shape - reminded me of Innsbruck, Austria.

Cons:

Rooms were a little humid and stuffy sometimes. But the windows open so we could adjust it. Coming back late at night, we had issues where our code didn't work in the door. But when we callled the emergency night number, the staff person took care of it.

The lodge was amazing. The room was extremely clean and beautiful. The service was nothing short of outstanding. I highly recommend Poste Montane to anyone looking to travel to Beaver Creek. Oh, and the morning breakfast was the best I have ever had in any resort.

Had a great time.
Pros:

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful since it was our first time in Beaver Creek. The breakfast in the morning was excellent they had everything you could want. There was a hand written card welcoming us and congratulating us on our anniversary. I truly had a wonderful time.
