The hotel is highly overpriced. The service does not match the price. The pools are only for children. The beach is inconvenient and boats are parked on it. There is a smell in all the rooms!!!! There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which is connected to the room. There is a smell in all the rooms, and when we tried to change or refund our money, we were laughed at. The breakfast starts later than advertised, after 8 a.m. The selection is poor. The mattresses and pillows are old and made of foam. They charged 120 euros for a beach chair for 2 hours!!!!!!! The meat was overcooked in the restaurant, and they didn't know how to make cocktails at the bar. They didn't return the 400-euro deposit after a week!!!!! And they still keep sending messages

Wir werden definitv wiederkommen.
Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage am Hang mit tollem Blick auf Propriano. Hotelanlage mit Pools und eigenem Strandbereich sehr gut angelegt, man findet sein ruhiges Eckchen.
Der Empfang mit Welcome Drink und einer kaltgestellten Flasche Wein war ausgesprochen angenehm.
Nette Live-Musik an einem Abend an der Bar.
Das Abendessen im Beach Restaurant war gut, aber das Dinner im La Verriere Restaurant war definitiv am oberen Rand des ersten Michelin-Sterns.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für das Hotel selbst haben wir im Korsikavergleich als fair empfunden.

Cons:

Lediglich die Preise fürs Frühstück, in der Beachbar und im Beach Restaurant sind doch vergleichsweise hoch, sonst ist nichts Negatives anzumerken.

Emplacement de l’hôtel exceptionnel, très bon séjour relaxant

L amabilité du personnel, super petit déjeuner, propreté.

Cons:

La carte du restaurant de la plage. Manque de salades fraîches, poissons grillés.. à l’heure du déjeuner.

Fabuleux !
Pros:

Tout! Votre établissement est parfait . Piscines Plage privée et chambre magnifique ! L’hôtel est très bien intégré dans la nature . Et le petit déjeuner est super aussi ! Nous avons été séduit par les repas à la paillote . Nous avons été complètement dépaysés , c’était le but! Merci encore et à bientôt ( on testera le spa …)

Super de luxe hôtel ! 1 van de mooiste hôtels in 45 Jaar we op Vakantie gaan .
Top strand , service ,super Ontbijt Overal zeer Mooi uitzicht .bij aankomst ontvangen met fris Drankje ijspraline en verfrissende vouchtige doekjes je voeld gelijk dat wordt hier wat !!!

Cons:

Veel Trappen en lift naar het strand functioneerde niet ! Een berglift van Receptie tot aan strand zou voor zo een top hôtel een echte Aanrader zijn .3 Zwembaden zijn Klein maar Mooi in een super Tuin .Prijs drinken Duur

De locatie is erg mooi, het strand ook.

Cons:

Ontbijt was een beetje overrated. Klein buffet met veel gebak. In de nabije omgeving was geen mogelijkheid om te ontbijten, dus we hadden niet echt een keuze om wel of niet van het ontbijt gebruik te maken.
De 5 sterren van dit hotel zijn denk ik te danken aan de keuken. De kamers daarentegen en de service was gemiddeld, eerder 3 sterren, zeker geen 5 sterren beleving. De kamer was zeer outdated en onpraktisch. Nog nooit zo'n klein toilet gezien. Service overall is niet echt een warm 5-sterren bad. Je voelt je hier eerder een toerist dan een gewaardeerde gast. Aan de hospitality valt nog veel te verbeteren. Het hotel maakt gebruik van een app, als service, die nog niet helemaal uitontwikkeld is... Ik zou eerder meer inzetten in een warmer onthaal en consistentere service.

Fantastic break by the sea . Very foodie.
Pros:

Amazing location and access to the sea . Great beach, two excellent restaurants . The Michelin restaurant was outstanding . Great wine choice . The staff were very attentive .

Cons:

The gym is poor for this property . It is due a bit of an update I. The common areas. Not a problem for us but lots of steps to the beach and the lift wasn’t working.

Aucune faute pendant mon séjour dans un endroit raffiné. Avec un personnel au petit soin et toujours souriant .

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cet hôtel de catégorie un peu surfaite.
Pros:

- Chambre avec une vue imprenable sur la mer.
- Belle plage de sable composée de petites criques, mer magnifique et fréquentation faible lors de notre séjour (12 au 26 juillet), ce qui était très agréable.
- Deux restaurants : un étoilé où nous avons mangé deux fois, raffiné et excellent. Le restaurant de plage, La Paillote, ouvert toute la journée, propose un menu varié avec des produits de qualité.
- Personnel très agréable, attentif, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. Service impeccable dans les restaurants.
- Grand spa bien équipé (piscine, pièce et mur de glace, sauna, hammam, terrasse extérieure).
- Hôtel bien situé sur la pente dominant le golf de Valeno, offrant de superbes vues depuis toutes les terrasses.

Cons:

- Salle de sport minimaliste pour ce standing, très petite et mal équipée : un set d’haltères (4 à 12 kg), un vélo et une machine à step.
- Service en chambre limité pour un 5★ (produits de douche parfois manquants, bouteille d'eau pas toujours remplacées).
- Accès à la plage uniquement par 132 marches à descendre… puis à remonter. Un ascenseur existe mais n’était pas en service.
- Chambre de luxe trop petite (24 m²) : difficile d’y circuler, porte d'entrée heurtant le mur. Toilettes à l’entrée très exiguës. Pas de miroir en pied (un nous a été livré sur demande), pas de miroir de courtoisie. Dressing trop réduit pour un séjour de deux semaines.
- Chambre donnant sur le bar : nuisances sonores jusque tard dans la nuit (après minuit).
- Réservation des transats sur la plage facturée 60 € par jour en supplément!
- Wi-Fi lent et non disponible dans tout l’établissement.
