No wifi in the room, small room
Pros:

The location is good. Near Aldgate east metro station. Many restaurants near. The location is good.

Cons:

The room was too small. Toilet and bathroom too small. Wifi doesn’t work in the room and stuff also know about it.

Excellent emplacement
Pros:

L'emplacement au cœur de la city, à proximité de la Tour de Londres. Hôtel très propre et literie confortable. Ce que l'on peut attendre d'un hôtel de cette chaîne.

Cons:

La douche n'est pas très bien pensée, l'eau s'écoule en dehors car les portes sont trop hautes.

Great four days. Location is perfect staff were amazing.
Pros:

We only stay here when visiting London. Great location and the hotel staff are super friendly.

Cons:

The only negative thing about the stay was the internet in the room and the television down stairs was interrupted when watching the football. This did not spoil our stay.

La posizione accanto la metro

Il fatto che mi abbiano fatto pagare la colazione per la bambina di 4 anni quando in realtà era compresa nella prenotazione di booking. Praticamente un furto. Ho provato a lamentarmi ma il ragazzo alla reception non ha sentito ragioni. Ci ho riprovato al checkout ma niente. 21 sterline rubate. Vergogna!! Poi la camera un buco, in tre facevamo fatica a muoverci, la moquette sporca e puzzava di vomito, non c'era un ricambio d'aria sufficiente in camera, il phon in dotazione piccolo e a malapena asciugava i capelli di mio marito, la colazione sempre la stessa (soprattutto salato) e affollatissima, a volte neanche il tavolo si trovava. In conclusione direi da evitare ma poi ridicolo far pagare i soldi della colazione (che ripeto era compresa nella prenotazione di booking) a una bambina di 4 anni!! Quanto potrebbe mai mangiare?? Infatti mangiava due pancake di numero a colazione. Eh sì proprio da par pagare in più sennò ci andate in perdita vero? Indecenti veramente. Ringraziate che non parliamo bene inglese, eravamo spaesati e che ci avete potuto fregare così. Mai più per quanto ci riguarda.

Lage top, Geruch flop
Pros:

Die Lage war top und das Uimmer auch ruhig. Ebenfalls war das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es hat sehr modrig in Zimmer gerochen (trotz Klimaanlage und Lüften) und das Badzimmer ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen.
