It's good value for London and the staff is friendly and well managed.
Pros:

The man at checkin was very friendly and helpful. Room was fine and clean. I had a room at the end of the hall so it was very quiet. Location of hotel is great to get everywhere - lots of restaurants in the neighbood, room had iron and hair dry.

Cons:

I had my room cleaned every other day, they did not replace the tea or clean out the tea cups, no safe in room, no coffee in room, no fridge in room.
