Pros:

Propre calme petit dej très bien situé

Cons:

Douche très très petite, selon la taille je pense que toutes les personnes ne rentrent ps dedans.
Rien pour poser les produits à l’intérieur et poser au sol il faut pouvoir se baisser en « squat » pour les prendre car douche trop petite pour se pencher

Personnel vraiment au top.
Pros:

Le personnel super !!!! L’emplacement en centre-ville

Cons:

L’hôtel était en travaux ça aurait dû être précisé au moment de la réservation. L’hôtel n’est pas place Graslin mais dans une rue un peu plus loin.

Pros:

Certes l 'établissement est en travaux mais ça 'n'empêche pas à la personne du matin d'être plus souriante et dire bonjour.
Vaisselle en carton pour le Petit déjeuner très désagréable on aurait pu être prévenu avant.
Manque un petit meuble sous le lavabo.
Très bonne douche pratique.
La moquette dans les chambres est une horreur.

Pros:

Accueil très souriant et compétent.

Cons:

Pdj: servi en chambre, hôtel en travaux. Pas avertis avant l'arrivée.Donc Pdj médiocre servi en chambre inadaptée pour cette restauration.
Salle de bains franchement exiguë.

Bon hôtel très propre et très bien situé en plein centre ville
Pros:

L'accueil, le personnel, l'emplacement, la propreté, la proximité d'un parking public souterrain à 150m.

Cons:

Il y a des travaux dans les communs de l'hôtel pour rénovation (ce qui ne pose pas vraiment de problème) donc la salle du petit déjeuner n'est pas accessible. Il est donc servi en chambre avec commande préalable de tout ce qu'on souhaite. Il est par ailleurs très bon. Ce n'est pas vraiment un souci mais ce serait plus correct de prévenir le client avant réservation car on reçoit un message uniquement le jour même avant l'arrivée. Mais je le répète, ça ne nous a pas dérangé.
