No realizaban bien la limpieza, había 2 ratones en área de alberca se paseaban todo el día entre los camastros, recomiendo tener un mejor control de plagas
the room was perfect. comfortable beds, strong hot shower, a desk to work on and a lovely balcony.
our room had a connecting door to the room beside ours. the people in the other room were extremely noisy yelling, fighting, singing and playing very loud music on what must have been a rather large speaker. because of the connecting door we heard them so clearly, we might as well have been in the same room. the noise went on until 2-3am each night.
we adressed the matter with the reception desk (twice) and all they could do for us was a promise to talk with our neighbours, which, if they really did so, had no effect whatsoever. there was no apology and no follow-up.
also, the chairs on the balcony look pretty but are impossible to sit in for longer than 5 minutes

Al ingresar la información para el registro se lleva mucho tiempo más de lo normal e incluso reserve otra noche y joven no m quiso registrar ese mismo día tuve q volver otro día y esperar lo mismo para q me dejaran en el mismo cuarto . Todas mis jestiones eran para después de.

la Ubicación.
El agua de l alberca estaba helada, muy muy helada y por eso habia elegido ese hotel por las fotos de la alberca.
