La habitación que tuvimos era excelente con vista al mar y la ubicación es muy buena para salir durante el dia y encontrar cualquier cosa que quisiéramos comer cercas.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que la habitación contara con refrigerador, con el clima tan caliente si se necesita poder tener acceso a tus propias bebidas frescas.

Excellent séjour en famille pour profiter de Mazatlán.
Pros:

Superbe emplacement, entre la Zona dorada avec ses belles plages, en face du spot de surf, et accès direct au malecón pour courir le matin. Petit déjeuner buffet exceptionnel, et zone de piscines, avec piscine enfant, très agréable.

Cons:

Accueil minimaliste en réception en dehors des heures de grandes affluence (tard le soir et tôt le matin), pas de zone de plage dédiée.

Todo estuvo super bien , nos encantó!!
La primera vez que visitamos Mazatlan nos hospedamos justo enfrente y dijimos que cuando regresaramos nos quedaríamos en el Emporio.
Fue como un sueño hecho realidad .

Excelente ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta. Esta justo a unos metros de taquerías, marisquerías, playas públicas, micheladas. Si te hospedas aquí puedes ir a pasear o ir de fiesta caminando.
El personal siempre fue muy amable, muy atentos, trataban de que la comodidad siempre fuera prioridad.
En el mismo hotel nos ayudaron a pedir un taxi para poder llegar al aeropuerto.

Cons:

A nuestra llegada, la limpieza de la habitación tuvo algunos inconvenientes. Pero en cuanto los reportamos en el lobby todo se solucionó y el personal prestó mas atención en nuestra habitación.
El wifi llegaba a ser intermitente en la habitación.
