liked the stay not the price after the hotel charged hidden fees not disclosed at booking on Booking

Cons:

Getting double charged, I had two charges for the room for one night and I don't know why the hotel would do that unless they don't like the prices given from Booking. SO the extraordinary large hidden fees!!!!!!!!!

A Wonderful, Pet-Friendly Oasis in Laramie, Wyoming
Pros:

A+ experience top to bottom, beginning to end - the only hotel in Laramie we stay at! Very pet friendly, super comfortable rooms, convenient, why go anywhere else?

Staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Not just the front desk crew but everyone from housekeeping to maintenance smiles and says hello and will go out of their way to ensure a smooth stay.

The building was recently renovated and looks brand new. The lobby is sparkling and offers a very comfortable hang out space with lots of seating, big screen TV and a fireplace. I sat here one afternoon to watch football game and felt right at home. This is also where the hotel serves their free breakfast every morning and it is not to be missed! It's a nice large space and multiple waffle-makers for those signature Hampton Inn waffles.

Rooms were also updated during the renovation and feel brand new. Love the local artwork on the walls and the comfortable beds and nice thick walls so you feel like you've really got the room to yourself and not impacted by other guests. Very clean rooms - housekeeping is clearly on top of their game. Pool was also recently redone and the hot tub was welcome respite after a long day.

Clearly we are a big fan of Hampton Inn Laramie and look forward to staying here again. It's such a happy place to stay even my fellow guests were smiling and making conversation in the hallways. Truly a home away from home.
