Pros:

The place was clean and comfortable and the pool was amazing. It was nice to be able to get some food at night getting in late after most things were closed.

Cons:

The night manager tried to overcharge us by a lot causing it to be longer getting into the room when we were already exhausted after a very long drive, but the day manager fixed it which we were very grateful for. Breakfast was lacking and not great. Also they do not take cash at night, you have to use a card or pay cash the next morning.

Pros:

Rooms are nice and clean, friendly staff. Nice firm bed. Close to downtown. Plenty of parking and good access to rooms.

Cons:

Shower head leaked affecting water pressure.

Exceptional Customer Service
Pros:

Friendly staff, there was an actual person at the front desk-it was the general manager. She was super friendly. Everything about this hotel was above expectations
