Would stay again!
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay here! Staff were super friendly and the motel itself was super cute and intimate. The pool and lounge area were great

The hotel has nice‑looking decor.

Cons:

There is an issue with the hot‑water system. My child showered for 10 minutes. Then my partner went in to shower, but the water turned cold within less than 10 minutes. The hotel told us to wait 20 minutes for hot water. We waited for over an hour, yet the water was still cold. In the end, my partner finished the shower in cold water. I could not take a shower at all and only washed my face with cold water.

The hotel staff offered me a refund because they could not fix the problem that night. However, the next morning they claimed there was nothing wrong with the system and refused to give the refund. I did not ask for a refund on my own; they were the ones who offered it, only to go back on their word later. I find the hotel’s conduct dishonest and untrustworthy.

Pros:

Very clean and comfy with friendly staff. We only stayed 1 night so wish we had more time to spend here to enjoy more of the facilities. Would stay here again.

Beautiful stay, host was down to earth
Pros:

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the doona was divine & I had a great sleep.
The interior if the room was very lovely, and it was cosy.
The shower head was great being so big & your products had the best scent!

Cons:

The internet! What can I say it wasn't great.

Extremely pleasant
Pros:

Bed was incredible, very clean and very pleasant place.

Cons:

It is very unclear how to check in or get access to your room. Quite small, however it is extremely nice.

Excellent hotel in quiet location
Pros:

Lovely hotel in quiet location yet close enough to facilities.
Rooms well appointed, clean throughout and fully functioning
Excellent parking adjacent to room.
Rhonda and Alex very attentive to ensure our stay went well.
Great to be able to purchase coffee/drinks/snacks from the van onsite

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, will be returning again.
