Pros:

Convenient for travelling via Ohare

Cons:

I was woken with a call from reception at 0630 when they were looking for a scale that I borrowed the day before and returned shortly thereafter. Being jetlagged I had a hard time falling asleep again and ended up.sleeping through my alarm, missing breakfast and having to stress to get back to the airport.

Excellent staff service in the restaurant
Pros:

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet: peach yogurt but it could have been a. Uber brand like Liberte or even Activia. I liked the toppings like raid s and almond slivers . Service was amazing!

Cons:

The yogurt packaging looked and felt cheap.

Good value for money
Pros:

clean, very comfortable beds, nice size of the room- everything like described on Booking. Stuff very polite, shuffle driver friendly and ready to help! Very good breakfast- worth the extra cost.

Cons:

during the night it is loud as you can hear all the a/c external units. A/C in the room is also loud but even if you turn it off you can still hear others.

We had to turn the ac off as it was quite loud and interrupted our sleep

Nice but no cleaning services in room
Pros:

The location and the pool for kids, restaurant very nice

Cons:

They don’t clean the rooms 😓🥺 you can ask for towels or what you need but expect to do your own cleaning depending on the stay, we spend 5 days and we only got clean towels clean once
