Pros:

Great hotel for a layover
Pros:

1. Close to the airport, 12 min drive. Free shuttle.
2. Everything you need for a short comfortable stay: restaurant on site, comfortable clean rooms, heated pool, jacuzzi, children's pool.
3. Great breakfast- loved it.
4. Nice staff.

Cons:

A bit noisy from the highway, but good soundproofing from hallway.

Exceeded my expectations
Pros:

Fabulous hotel - booked 1 night for a layover, but discovered an awesome hotel with everything one may need/want for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a layover or if you need a hotel close to the airport.
1. Pool - heated jacuzzi and pool (both adult and children's pools) open from 6 AM to 11 PM.
2. Breakfast open from 6 AM, delicious, fresh, both hot and cold options, great coffee.
3. Location - 12 min drive from ORD Airport.
4. Free shuttle to the airport that runs every 20 min (door 2C at T2).
5. Room - big, comfortable, extra clean, fluffy towels, lots of space for luggage. Blackout curtains. Great soundproofing from hallway.
6. Restaurant on site with good food, lots of options and nice service. Loved the smoked burger.

Cons:

If I have to write something I's say not so much soundproofing from outside/windows and it's a bit nosy - close to busy road and it's far from the touristic area in Chicago (location is not good for visiting downtown).

Pros:

Excellent reception staff. Shuttle bus was great. We were able to go back and forth to the train station & airport easily. Room was large and comfy. Great beds and bathroom. Nice coffee machine

Cons:

Restaurant had spotty hours & there were no restaurants or stores around. No real responses to messages through booking.com The shuttle bus in on the lower level of the airport BTW. There's a door 2c on the 2nd level so it's a bit confusing.

A good value for the money.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable - surprisingly so. The shower was a lot better than I expected. The TV was nice and big and the guide was easy to read without even using glasses.

Cons:

The heating/ac was a little louder than I would have liked.

My stay was alright but nothing special.
Pros:

Airport shuttle service was awesome!!!

Cons:

Front desk not overly friendly. Room too pricey!!! And they don’t even offer maid service every day!!! What??? Not overly special for a Hilton Garden Inn.
