Weird, confuse and uncomfortable
Pros:

The second floor was better

Cons:

The room was horrible and wasn’t able to change my room. It wasn’t even supposed to be given as a guess.

Disgusting, don't ever step foot on the property.
Cons:

The place was dirty and it smelled really bad. There were burn marks, rips and tears every where. All of the soap dispensers were empty.

I was not impressed nor comfortable
Cons:

Where do I start. No early check in no hand soap in the bathroom. I asked the person at the front desk and he said sorry we don’t have any. The housekeeper didn’t speak English
I asked for more bath towels and and hand towels from the guy at the front desk. He said he would get them but never did. No coffee maker in the room yet there were coffee cups. My daughter had the adjoining room and she had a coffee maker in her room so hit and miss on coffee makers
The soap dispenser in the shower were empty
The electric outlets unusable except one. The double night lamp was missing a bulb.
The free breakfast was practically nonexistent.

Pleasant stay!
Pros:

Antioch California. Very pleasant stay. Our room was very much room for our adult children's with disabilities.
Front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful.

Not Satisfied 😭😳didn’t take photos !!

We don’t like it @ the elevator smells marijuana !!!

Cons:

We never liked it . Soo dirty bath tub was cracked and has taped on it . Wood Windows blinds can’t close and there’s tape on it to close it.
I booked 4 days Friday - Monday but we left Sunday morning and trying to get the xtra day payment , they don’t wanna refund it !! And I paid insurance it too . Tell you what you can use my money to get fix all those Brocken shitt in that room !! I will never gonna book this hotel anymore!!!!I will not gonna use booking.com either .

Pros:

Worst hotel ever so dirty and rooms smelled like smoke . The guy in the front desk is so rude we left a suitcase in one of our rooms and they don’t wanna give it back to us .

Pros:

Horrible hotel. Highly don’t recommend. The rooms are dirty like if they don’t clean them and we forgot a suitcase there and they don’t want to give it back. This hotel should get shut down. Trash in the room everywhere. Tv controller doesn’t work. So many things wrong.

I booked this hotel to get a quiet night’s sleep, but repeated disturbances and a lack of timely assistance made my stay

Unfortunately, I can’t say there was anything I liked about my stay. I booked the room expecting a quiet place to rest, but I was unable to sleep because of repeated disturbances. I also did not receive the assistance I requested when I reported the problem, so the experience did not meet my expectations.

I did not have a good experience during my stay. I booked this room because I needed a quiet place to rest, but I was unable to sleep due to repeated noise throughout the night. I heard loud disturbances from nearby rooms, and there was frequent activity in the hallway outside my room. I contacted the hotel to request assistance and asked if I could be moved to another room, but I did not receive a response. I was concerned enough about the situation that I contacted the police.

Overall, the stay was very stressful, and I did not get the rest I paid for. I hope the hotel reviews what happened that night, including any available security camera footage, and improves its response when guests report serious concerns.
