I recently stayed at this gem in Ernakulam, near Palarivattom .it's a hidden treasure. Located in the heart of the city….yet super calm . The staff are well trained and polite, the rooms are spotless, and the towels are fab . The bed's a dream … soft mattress, perfect for avoiding backache . Love the TV with ALL channels ,a rarity in Ernakulam hotels. Breakfast's great, toiletries are top notch, and it's budget-friendly without compromising on quality. Had a blast staying here and highly recommend it to all

location was good. Staff very cooperative. Room was decently clean enough. However i cannot say it was very clean and comfortable. However it was value for money i would say.

Cons:

I was not very happy with bathroom was not very. Towels were very worned out and didnot feel clean enough. reaching the hotel was a bit difficult as it in the inner part of the main street.

Nothing. We didn't stay there. Had to cancel

Google shows this as a 3-star hotel, but the reality was far from it. There was no lift in the building—a critical omission, especially since I was traveling with my 85-year-old mother.

The listing mentions private parking, but all we found was open roadside parking, hardly what one expects from a "3-star" facility.

When I raised this, the executive calmly said "there's no lift, that's why we didn’t advertise it." That’s not just ridiculous, it's deceptive by omission.

Transparency matters. Especially when it affects basic accessibility and safety.
