Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο, καθαρό, μοντέρνο και ήσυχο. Το πρωινό ήταν απλά τέλειο και το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ κοντά σε αξιοθέατα και ΜΜΜ. Το εστιατόριο ήταν επίσης πολύ καλό και το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό.

Comodità, location e colazione. Tutto ottimo. Consigliatissmo
Pros:

La stanza era molto spaziosa, luminosa e cosa ancora più importante per me, insonorizzata. Ho dormito molto bene. La colazione molto varia ed abbondante.
L'hotel è vicino alla fermata della metropolitana e a 500 m da Check point Charlie.

Lichte comfortabele kamer, maar geen tien op tien door het ontbreken van een koffiezet op de kamer. Oploskoffie aanbieden is géén ‘koffiefaciliteiten’ Dit verwacht je niet in zo’n hotel, dat is jammer want al de rest is werkelijk uitstekend. Pluim voor het personeel!

too expensive for the service provided, staff very professional and helpfull

Cons:

the room service was not acceptable, even no water is provided daily, only at first day, as arrival welcome, one bottle of water is provided.
bar service unacceptable, if you want a coffe you have to prepare by yourself but you need to pay for it.

Great location and clean!
Pros:

Location was great near the U2 train station, staff was very friendly and helpful, and I liked how clean it was. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Berlin!

Apenas do conforto e gentileza de alguns funcionários.

Cons:

Preços de serviços extorsão! Um cafe da manha saiu mais caro que um jantar para 2 pessoas em um restaurante em Paris (Le Train Bleu).... serviços de lavanderia mais que caríssimos. Não recomendo e não voltaria.
