Good stay, but with some issues
Pros:

Good location, great staff, clean, and a restaurant with good options.

Cons:

We had problems with the air conditioning and refrigerator. We had to use a fan for the entire stay, and the refrigerator was only adjusted on the last day. This was very bad and unpleasant.

Very comfortable hotel in a good central location.
Pros:

Our room was in a quiet location, as requested. Comfortable room with windows that can be opened (this is good). Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We had one evening meal at the hotel which was very average. Breakfast buffet was really good though.

Soggiorno perfetto a Berlino
Pros:

Posizione strategica e tranquilla. Struttura molto pulita. Ho chiesto una stanza silenziosa e mi è stata data una camera con affaccio al cortile interno molto tranquilla. Colazione eccellente. Personale professionale e cordiale, sempre attento alle esigenze del cliente. Ristorante dell'hotel con prezzi onesti e servizio rapido.
