Profesjonelle i resepsjonen og i bar. Fikk alt eg trengte av informasjon va bare å spørre.

Aardig personeel, hele fijne locatie en een mooie kamer :)
Pros:

De hygiene en layout van de kamer.

Cons:

Enige min punt was de airco. Die is aanwezig, maar werkt niet voor temperaturen boven de 30C. Dus toen de 42C werd aangetikt in Berlijn, merkten wij oprecht niets meer van de AC.

Fijne uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip Berlijn
Pros:

Kamer met 2 1-persoonsbedden: heerlijke bedden, lekker breed ook. Fijn dat er een goed werkende airco was, want het was heet. Prima ontbijt, wordt ook continu bijgevuld. Eén keer 's avonds in het restaurant gegeten, was prima. Dicht bij metro Spittelmarkt, dus prima als uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip.

Pros:

מיקום טוב, 200-300 מטר מהרכבת.
ארוחת בוקר די טובה ועשירה.
מיטה נוחה
הצוות ממש נחמד, ניסו לעזור לנו בכל דבר שביקשנו או ששאלנו.

Cons:

מיזוג, היינו במהלך הגל חום האחרון והמיזוג לא עבד במשך 3 ימים.
חילקו מאווררים אבל לא היה מספיק לכולם אז נתקענו עם מאוורר קטן שלא עזר הרבה.
לא הוחלפו מצעים במשך כל השהייה.

ביקשנו צקאאוט מאוחר, ציפינו אחרי שהייתה בעיה עם המיזוג במשך 3 ימים יאפשרו לנו אבל אמרו שזה אפשרי רק בתשלום נוסף

Pros:

Kahvaltı gerçekten mükemmeldi, her türlü damak tadına uygun seçenekler vardı. Otelin konumu da çok pratik, metro ve otobüs durağına 5 dak yürüme mesafesinde.

Cons:

Klimalar çok yetersizdi. Bütün gece terledik. Restoran kısmı da yeterince klimatize değildi. Ayrıca otelin alakart restoranında hizmet aşırı yavaş. Kalabalık olmadığı halde siparişler için 30 dak kadar beklemeniz gerekiyor.
