Perfektes Zimmer und sehr gute Lage
Pros:

Wir buchten das King-Zimmer einen Tag vorher und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Eine nette Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption gab uns ein ruhiges Zimmer Nr. 627 (End-Etage und nicht zur Straße). Das 26 m2 große Zimmer war komfortabel eingerichtet und modern designt. Ein großer Flat hängt über dem Schreibtisch mit Stehlampe. Im Zimmer ist viel Ablagefläche und Stauraum vorhanden. Vor der großen Fensterfläche steht ein bequemer Sessel mit einem kleinen Tisch. Die Fenster können geöffnet werden und Vorhänge verdunkeln das Zimmer sehr gut. Das komfortable Bett hat schöne Bettwäsche und indirekte Beleuchtung im hinteren Bereich. Es gibt eine Nespresso-Maschine, einen Wasserkocher, einen Kühlschrank sowie stilles Wasser gratis.

Das moderne Badezimmer verfügt über einen Föhn, Kosmetiktücher sowie Shampoo, Duschgel und einer Bodylotion.
Der Frühstücksraum ist hell und freundlich. Die Plätze können selbst ausgewählt werden. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr umfangreich. Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Für mich als Allergiker wurde folgendes angeboten: Laktose freie Milch.
Wir besuchten abends die „Staatsoper Unter den Linden“, die ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt liegt.
Unser Fahrzeug parkte sicher in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage.
Wir würden wieder in diesem netten Hotel übernachten.

Cons:

Laktosefreier Joghurt zum Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten.

Pros:

Sehr bemühtes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Man hat sich stets wohlgefühlt und jegliche Wünsche wurden immer berücksichtigt.

Cons:

Auch wenn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt sehr gut gepasst hat, kam uns das Frühstück trotz der gebotenen Vielfalt und Qualität im Vergleich mit anderen doch etwas teuer vor.

Heerlijk luxe hotel op hele acceptabele afstand naar de sites van Berlijn.
Pros:

Keurige kamer met eindelijk eens een lekkere stoel om ‘s-avonds in te kunnen zitten.

Ótimo serviço e muito boa localização
Pros:

Excelente localização, que permitia visitar a pé alguns dos principais pontos turísticos, museus e galerias de Berlim, embora em uma área residencial tranquila. Quarto de muito bom tamanho para um hotel da categoria, com cama bastante confortável.

Cons:

Poderia haver mais espaço no armário ( pequeno para uma estadia mais longa - 10 dias). A água do chuveiro poderia ter um pouco mais de pressão. Também deveriam oferecer algumas amenidades, como touca de banho e esponja com graxa para sapatos. A geladeira não gelava bem, o que faz diferença no verão de Berlim. Mas nada disso foi suficiente para ofuscar o conforto do quarto, a boa localização do hotel e a qualidade do serviço.
