Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Toll war, dass für unsere Kinder (15 und 11 Jahre alt) zusätzlich zum Schlafsofa ein Zustellbett reingestellt wurde, ohne dass wir es angefragt haben. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker, reichhaltig und frisch. Die Lage war perfekt, wir konnten viele wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß oder schnell mit der U-Bahn erreichen.

Cons:

Únicamente que la tostadora en zona sin gluten, es usada por todo el mundo, no hay ningún aviso de uso exclusivo celiaco. Debería estar muy acotado y anunciado.

A very good hotel that exceeded my expectations
Pros:

Very well located hotel, close to a metro station and within walking distance of the main attractions and other central locations.
The hotel is modern, clean, the room was spacious enough, the heating worked very well (which was important at this time of year). The breakfast was varied enough, some dishes changed during the 4 days of our stay. The staff was friendly. There are no products in the minibar, but they can be purchased at the hotel reception.
I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I were to return to Berlin.

It was the perfect hotel for us; I’d love to come back here in the future.
Pros:

The hotel is close to Berlin’s attractions. The subway is within easy reach, and taxis are waiting right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. They took special care to accommodate the many guests who had come for the city’s running race, welcoming the athletes back with refreshments.

Cons:

I can't think of anything I didn't like. The gym could perhaps be a bit larger, and it would be nice to have facilities nearby for refreshments and showers.
