綺麗だった！

La suite d'angle est juste parfaite bien que pas adapté pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. La vue de la chambre, de la salle de bain, du salon, etc wahoo, magnifique! Cette suite ne donne pas envie de sortir de la chambre lol.

We had the deluxe king suite in the 12th floor overlooking the intersection. We were initially offered the 9th floor but my request for a higher floor with slightly better view was accommodated.

Great room and views with floor to ceiling windows with screen and solid panel covering layers conveniently controlled electronically. Very comfortable bed, nice living room and bathroom, and I loved the closet accessible from both bedroom and bathroom sides.

Excellent service all around- front desk, room service (lightening fast), and restaurant service all exceptional and very friendly.

Great job by the housekeeping staff. Super accommodating and working with us on times when we were going to be out of the room and were able to clean as soon as we left every time.

Spotlessly clean in both room and common facilities! Everything worked flawlessly. There was one of the elevators that was under repair and the elevator waits were a bit long.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and worth it. The carved steak section was a real standout- delicious.

I had an amazing Italian meal at Cornerstone. Awesome filet mignon with maybe the best reduction sauce I’ve ever had. I loved their take on the baked potato side. Great salad and pasta.

The Timber Lounge in the lower level was a feast for the eyes and ears. Beautiful venue, and both the acoustic guitar player and the later all-ladies jazz ensemble were awesome! They book really great talent and it was free entry for hotel guests.

I offered to buy one of the desks clocks from the room branded with the hotel name on it as a souvenir, but they sent me up one for free right before checkout as a gift. Nice touch, very appreciated.

Nice gym with views, but the gym needed a lot more air conditioning- it was a bit warm for working out. Also a very clean pool with views overlooking the city, but be aware that wearing a swimming cap is required. Not sure if it is a cultural practice, a law, or just hotel policy but take note before going to the pool.

Overall 10/10 experience and a real treat of a stay. Highly recommended!

Definitely one of the best Park Hyatt property we stayed in, particularly when it comes to service and attentiveness. Our family was also happy with the selection and the service received of the daily breakfast.

Was looking for to trying this Park Hyatt out, but if I'm honest was a little disappointed.

Lobby is fairly small, so during busy check-in/out times plus with guests waiting for the elevators, it does get crowded.

Room was nice, though could use a refresh. Our room was on the 14th floor facing COEX. Yes there is construction but fortunately the noise was pretty minimal and didn't disturb us too much at night. Floor to ceiling windows were cool, but interestingly there is no privacy/uv film and you get a clear view of the neighbors if the blinds are open. Also it didn't help when the sun is out the room gets hot and A/C at times struggled keeping room cool, so we ending up keeping blinds closed most of the time.

Location is nice, right in front of Samseong subway station and an easy walk to COEX Mall, however with the massive construction there's a lot of traffic so if using a taxi plan accordingly.

Main point of complaint, the elevator system is annoying. It's extremely slow, felt like had to wait a minimum of 5 plus mins for it to arrive after pressing the call button. Also getting from the rooms to where breakfast is makes zero sense. For example if your room is on the lower floors like 4-6, you have to take the elevator up to the lobby on the 24th floor and transfer to another elevator to go back down to the 2nd floor where breakfast is served.

From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel genuinely welcome. The service was consistently warm, professional, and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Every interaction reflected the high standards that I have come to expect from the Hyatt brand.

The room was beautifully designed, exceptionally comfortable, and offered stunning views of Seoul. Breakfast was another highlight, with excellent quality and a relaxing atmosphere that made every morning enjoyable.

One of the hotel's greatest strengths is its location. Situated in the heart of Gangnam, it is surrounded by some of Seoul's finest restaurants, shopping, and attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers.

As a Hyatt Globalist, I truly appreciated the recognition and hospitality I received throughout my stay. Park Hyatt Seoul combines understated luxury, exceptional comfort, and outstanding service, making it a hotel I would gladly return to on my next visit to Seoul.

Location, it doesn’t get more central than that. The view from my room was something impressive. The wow effect is absolutely there. Great rooms, big and spacious, modern and with all amenities and more. The bathrooms are a statement. Top 3 of best 5 star hotels I have been to. Breakfast was really good and so was the room service. I would say room service breakfast was some of the best I ever had. Staff is attentive, nice and helpful.

I was looking forward to my stay at Park Hyatt and booked the hotel on the basis that it was walking distance to Coex. Overall feel of the hotel is that it needs some attention areas look tired and in need of maintenance. The thing I was most disappointed in was the noise. Despite being on the 18th floor the sound coming in from the roadside was so loud and meant that for the entire 6 nights I didn’t have a good sleep. I spoke to guest services many times who advised wearing ear plugs. This is not a successful remedy as the ear plugs just kept falling out my ears.

Great location if attending an event at COEX. Beautiful and comfortable guest rooms, comfortable beds, huge bathrooms. Wonderful and helpful staff.

Only annoyance is having to go to 24th floor lobby in order to access guest rooms.

Lots of shopping and food across the street. Close to airport limousine bus stop and public transportation.

I had a triangle shaped room on the back side of the hotel.

I had one of the best hotel experiences thanks to the outstanding staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their attention to detail and excellent service made my stay memorable. This will definitely be my go-to hotel in Seoul, and I look forward to staying here again.
