Beautiful
Pros:

Best hotel in Istanbul so far. The view from the balcony sold it to me, but the rooms are also beautiful and clean. The breakfast was amazing. Location is very convenient, you can reach Istiklal street and Taksim in 5 minutes by foot, multiple transportation options near the hotel. The staff were amazing too, very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be my choice for every time I come back to Istanbul!

Сам отель симпатичный,с прекрасным расположением. Отель чистый, с симпатичным лобби. Номера хорошие ( есть большие и маленькие). У нас был самый простой,но с видом на Босфор. Все соответствовало описанию. Есть все необходимое. Завтрак, в целом нормальный. Хотелось бы больше блюд из яиц,т.к. в основном люди уходят гулять,а завтрак это самое главное.

Cons:

Очень удивило,с отрицательной стороны отношение на ресепшн,да и в целом персонала. По приезду,даже воды не предложили. Вечером вышли в кафе,которое в лобби,так там ещё надо поискать сотрудников,хотя бар был открыт. Кофе, капучино оооочень слабый, кажется,что одно молоко. Из прочих напитков, отсутствие спиртных напитков для девочек. В день отъезда, было неприятно,что даже не предложили чемоданы то трансфера донести. На минуту,на ресепшн работают мужчины и уж можно было проявить себя и оказать помощь. Вообще у сотрудников нет желания оказать заботу, помощь и поддержку гостям. Очень странно такое наблюдать в Стамбуле

Great location and stunning view from the room!
Pros:

Great hotel, perfect value for money. Perfect location - and there has been some renovation from the last time I stayed there so that made the stay even greater. Stunning view from the balconies.

Great value for money
Pros:

The hotel is located in a lovely neighbourhood, close to Taksim Square, but on a quiet street. It is clean and comfy, we had a good sleep every night. The view from our balcony was just as promised - we really enjoyed Bosphorus and its beauty. The staff was very nice and helpful, there was one gentleman who greeted us in romanian every morning :) Breakfast was delicious, we appreciated the diversity, as every morning there were slightly different options available. Also, adding local dishes to the classic continental breakfast is something we liked a lot. We would repeat the experience anytime.

This amazing hotel in Taksim
Pros:

Like everytime I book here all was excellent, with the amazing view over Bosphorus from the balcony of the room 510! The staff is sooo dedicated, sooo nice, sooo helpful with everything you might ask...with a special mention for Fatih Bey and the youngster who helps with the luggage...thank you also for the pro staff working at the breakfast hall, with a special mention for Naci Bey...the room was clean, big enough for my use and with all facilities I needed!

Cons:

Like always, I wish I could stay longer or even move here for good!😊

Der Ausblick vom Balkon war wunderschön, das Frühstück lecker, abwechslungsreich und es hatte viele landestypische Komponenten. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral - gemütliche Bistros, Küste, kleine Lebensmittelmärkte um Getränke zu kaufen und die Innenstadt sind fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung war für uns nicht ausreichend. Die benutzen Tassen wurden nicht ausgetauscht, der Kaffee nicht immer aufgefüllt und bei der Ankunft klebten noch Haare vom Vorgänger im Bad an den Wänden. Leider gab es keine WC Bürste🥴
