Pros:

Quiet comfortable room. Very good bed and pillows, had a great shower, and had coffee tea and ironing facilities.
We preferred e a ting in the lower section as it was less busy and there were no inclines to walk, so the location was good.

Cons:

Aircon got a bit loud during the night.

Not sure if it's a bad thing, but the block out curtains were do good we overslept.

Lovely ambience at this hotel with a perfect location for exploring the beautiful Old Quebec Coty

The view to the Harbour was wonderful. Location was perfect to explore Old Quebec City. A modern clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast. Friendly staff Highly recommend.

Hotel 71 is a great place to stay in Quebec City if you want to spend a couple days in Old Town.
Pros:

front desks taff amazing - so helpful. The little gym was clean and had good equipment.

Cons:

I wish there was complimentary coffee for guests in the lobby, but that's a small detial.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Excellent location. Valet parking was a bonus. Did not use hotel catering but was close to excellent eating options. Staff were very polite, frindly and helpful.

Pros:

Very good location and a lovely hotel. Very comfortable room and we did get a beautifull view. All very clean and thought through. Very attentive staff. Lovely stay all together. We would choose it again.

Alles in allem sicher ein gutes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage in der Unterstadt ist super und ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich hervorragende französisch geprägte Restaurants. Das Parkhaus ist bestens zu erreichen, hell und modern. Das kontinentale Frühstücksbuffet war für uns in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Ruhe auf den Straßen nützt in der Nacht nichts, weil die Fenster nicht zu öffnen sind. Klimaanlage erträglich steuerbar. Unsere Suite lag im dritten Stock und war bedrohlich düster. Aussicht keine. Wirklich ärgerlich fand ich den Umgang mit meiner Beschwerde über die einseitig durchgelegene Matratze. Man erklärte mir, man habe sie jetzt umgedreht - leider so, dass das Problem jetzt nicht unten sondern auf der anderen Bettseite war. Warum auch immer. Vielleicht doch in eine neue investieren? Wäscheservice entfiel auch - Waschmaschine kaputt. Kleinigkeiten, die einem bei einer längeren Reise stören.
