Pros:

That the room had roaches In room 320 every time I got up to use the bathroom and turn on the light you see a new roach. And my baby had big bite marks

I like that.They had a pool indoor they have a workout room and they have breakfast the front desk lady, she was cool.

Hospitable and comfortable accommodations.
Pros:

The nice lady that checked us in that night. It was a treat just to meet her. She also quickly remedied the situation when the toilet in our first room was continuously running when we entered the room. She changed our room and we were able to rest comfortably.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. A great location.

Cons:

Two bugs were in the room. The furniture (kitchen table) was a little dated and not very stable. The mattress was a little too soft.

Excellent service, good facilities
Pros:

Front desk was exceptional! We went to Norfolk Va to attend our son's graduation and the staff was so gracious to accommodate our needs.

The property seemed old and needs some updated

Lack of communication
Pros:

Every staff member was professional, knowledgeable and respectful.

Cons:

We booked almost 2 months prior to our stay. Never were we advised that renovations were going on from what I hear its been going on for months. The elevators had cardboard probably to accommodate the workers, they looked horrible. The dust and residue from the work was unbearable. If I was advised of the repairs due to my Mother's health issues I would have stayed elsewhere or rescheduled my visit. Disappointed with the lack of communication to the guest.

Pros:

My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom suite which had been renovated and it was very nicely done. We like having the living room area as a separate room so that whoever wakes up first can relax, drink coffee (from downstairs) and read (or watch TV) without disturbing the other person.
We like that breakfast is included and that there is a variety of choices at the breakfast bar. There are usually three hot items such as scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and sausage; a waffle iron to prepare your own waffles; bagels; cold cereal; hot oatmeal; hard-boiled eggs; yogurt; muffins; bananas; apples; oranges.

Cons:

The selection of shows on cable there is pretty limited. They offer access to streaming services like Netflix, but you need to log in either to your existing account or create a new one. I think it’s typical of hotels in general but I wish they could have some agreement with the service to allow access without exposing our own account information. I downloaded a few of our regular shows onto my iPad ahead of time, so we could watch them on the iPad before bed.

Great Place to Have My Daughter's 14th Birthday Weekend 🎂 🥳 🎉

Everything was clean this is the second time that I've done a hotel party weekend for my daughter's birthday. She had such a wonderful 14th birthday here. Everything was clean and it was very spacious.
