Pros:

My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom suite which had been renovated and it was very nicely done. We like having the living room area as a separate room so that whoever wakes up first can relax, drink coffee (from downstairs) and read (or watch TV) without disturbing the other person.
We like that breakfast is included and that there is a variety of choices at the breakfast bar. There are usually three hot items such as scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and sausage; a waffle iron to prepare your own waffles; bagels; cold cereal; hot oatmeal; hard-boiled eggs; yogurt; muffins; bananas; apples; oranges.

Cons:

The selection of shows on cable there is pretty limited. They offer access to streaming services like Netflix, but you need to log in either to your existing account or create a new one. I think it’s typical of hotels in general but I wish they could have some agreement with the service to allow access without exposing our own account information. I downloaded a few of our regular shows onto my iPad ahead of time, so we could watch them on the iPad before bed.

Great Place to Have My Daughter's 14th Birthday Weekend 🎂 🥳 🎉
Pros:

Everything was clean this is the second time that I've done a hotel party weekend for my daughter's birthday. She had such a wonderful 14th birthday here. Everything was clean and it was very spacious.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. I was there for 12 days so I enjoyed that they varied the hot offerings. The gym was good.

Cons:

I was advised after I was there a few days that I needed to move as they were doing planned renovations, I went to desk to organise move 5 times only to be told come back another time as no rooms available. Ended up not moving, and was very noisy due to works.

The staff. The rooms so clean. The place felt like home away from home. The maintenance man was called. He treated myself and family like he knew us. Couldn’t solve the problem. So he made sure we were happy with the outcome. Which we was satisfied. I will be going back for my vacation in July!! The price was worth it
