Water leak in the ceiling from the room above. Dripped all night and woke up to a soaked puddle of water in the room.

The hotel says no smoking but our room smell like cigarettes and aches it was so bad , room services didn’t went at all had to but a broom to clean since I have little ones and bags for the trash

Pros:

Nice hotel pretty clean i felt safe my rooms a/c was a little a mess it would blow cold like i wanted it to then switch to blowing heat wasn't to comfortable.
I will stay again though.

I liked how quiet my stay was. I’m not familiar with the area, however, I felt safe at all times. Don’t recommend the Taco Bell next door. Food tasted like it had pesticides. The hotel was exactly what I was hoping for.

Everything was great...breakfast was from 6am-9am.with plenty at anytime of those hours and clean....our only flaw was the bed could be more softer they were a little on the firm side

Pros:

At 3:00 am we had a ceiling leak. Reported immediately to night manager was given another room. That room had horrible air conditioning noise. We will never stay at Sleep Inn again.
