Pros:

Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła. Miejsce względnie dobrze zlokalizowane. Sposób w jaki pani z obslugi serwowała mi cappuccino.

Ho soggiornato presso l’Hotel Vecchio Borgo a Palermo e posso dire che è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa sotto ogni punto di vista.

La posizione è davvero centrale, perfetta per visitare la città comodamente a piedi e vivere appieno l’atmosfera palermitana. La pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti è impeccabile, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli.

Un grande punto di forza è senza dubbio la cortesia dello staff: sempre sorridenti, disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Loreto alla reception, super cordiale e persona squisita, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento.

La colazione è semplicemente pazzesca! Ricca, varia e di qualità. Un applauso a Sara, che prepara dei cappuccini stupendi e accoglie tutti con grande gentilezza ed energia positiva.

Se tornerò a Palermo, tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel meraviglioso. Super consigliato! 🌟

Świetny hotel w centrum miasta, czysto , pokoje przestronne, wygodne łóżka. Czytałam komentarze że niektórym przeszkadzał hałas z pobliskiego baru, my nie mieliśmy tego problemu , było cicho i spokojnie . W recepcji bardzo pomocna Pani, odpowiada na każde pytanie. Możliwość zostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu w depozycie . Parking bezpłatny przy ulicy. Bardzo polecam!

Hard to sleep almost to imposible....
Pros:

The location is ok..... The staff is incredible and super helpful.

Cons:

If you travel with children I would not suggest, it very hard to sleep near to imposible as there are people outside playing loud music from their car.

Personale gentile cordiale ed efficiente,la camera pulita e spaziosa , posizione non proprio vicinissima ai punti di interesse ma comunque tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in un tempo di 20/30 Min.Nella globalità il soggiorno ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.

Recomendable 2/3 días.
Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación. Estaba a 10minutos caminando de todo. La zona parecía un poco turbia pero nada que ver, la gente súper amable . Tenías muchos lugares de interés turístico cerca, tiendas para comprar agua … todo en cuanto ubicación un 10 y la gente trabajadora muy amable. Una chica que habla español súper agradable.

Cons:

Cada vez que querías entrar tenías que llamar a un timbre. Entiendo que por seguridad, pero es un hotel… se me hizo muy incómodo querer volver porque se me olvida algo y tener que timbrar para que me abrieran. Solo un ascensor y hay que esperar para que esté libre …. Desayuno bien para 2/3 días. Siempre lo mismo pero muy rico.
