Pros:

Breakfast was great. Location was great for the softball tournament I played in.

Cons:

For some reason we were put in a handicap room and we didn’t ask for one. Shower area the water come into the bathroom floor. Not ideal situation🙁

Need Noise/Disturbance Policies! 4 out of 10
Pros:

Clean looking for a hotel. Nice man at the desk. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Room smelled like bug spray chemicals. My friend said smelled like mold.
It was loud all night. People were yelling all night! We got to the room at 11pm. There was loud yelling and stomping above us, in the lobby, and in our hall until 4am! Someone hit the outside of our window (1am) and tried our door handle!! (3:40am) There should be a curfew, or a policy where you can’t be out disrupting others trying to sleep.
Next morning there are a lot of families with a lot of little kids at breakfast. None of the noises in the night were even close to little kids crying. That still doesn’t excuse the loud behavior everywhere until 4am. Or someone trying to mess with us in our room!!!!

Not bad but will not stay here again when other hotels are available for the same price.
Pros:

The floor we were on was recently renovated, as was our room.

Cons:

The staff (older folks) were not friendly, the fitness center was out of commission with no notice before booking, the breakfast was very basic and the same both mornings. Lots of renovations going on in the building, but progress is good. No WiFi at all, and the TV channels did not match up to the guide whatsoever, and a good number of the channels had poor signal.

I won’t be back.
Pros:

The room temp was good

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The whole hotel smelled like Indian food (curry specifically). The employees weren’t very friendly or inviting.

We will not stay there again.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok, but the sausage was cold.

Cons:

The first room we were assigned smelled like cigarettes; the bathroom floor and shower were filthy. The second room was better, but the the bathroom floor was not clean. There was a closet, but no hangers.

I would like a refund because of the false advertising of the workout facitlity
Cons:

The hotel stated it had a workout facility. I like to exercise when I travel; HOWEVER, the workout room was under construction. This was not disclosed when I booked the property
