Staff was sullen, unresponsive to issues and unhelpful-did not care.

The property is in a state of disrepair

The price was too high for this stay. Remodeling was not complete. Breakfast was not great. Family lives there, but they were nice and kind.

Good amount of parking and clean rooms.

Buyer beware on this one. The interstate traffic noice is extreme at this location. The building is under renovation construction, the price was premium. 1 washrag given per room. The first room had a broken a/c. I got the feeling we were given the worst room because we had used third party booking.

There were ants on the desk.
The water pressure in shower was so ad that the shower head only produced a trickle of water.
Very modern decor.
Lobby looked unfinished

The place is under construction, the pool is closed, the doors dont fit right, might as well been camping in a tent in the city the first room we were in was dirty

I stayed in room 312 6/21-6/22. The carpet is damp and the room smelled of somethign like wet dog. I woke up to ants in and all over the bed, on the floors, the counters the bathroom vanity and surrounding the HVAC unit. Please watch the video.

I went to the front desk, the room was inspected, a report was made and they told me to contact the manager, Hally, for a refund, which I did.

This hotel is under major construction and should not be operating. It's a complete dump. When I pulled into the parking lot I actually assumed I was at the wrong place. The office behind the check in is absoloutely filthy. I would not even consider eating from the breakfast due to the conditions of my room.

I would strongly advise you to stay somewhere else as there are many options in Columbia.

Hotel under construction remodel. Knew that before i booked. Not a problem. Room was nice. Only thing that was a bother was temp in room. It was cool enough but seemed just slightly humid.

My debit card information was stolen after check in. I’m sure it happened at your motel as I hadn’t used it anywhere else for 2 days before checking in.

Under construction not clean air conditioning loud

A/C did not work. Room was full of ants. Breakfast area full of ants (in the syrup even). Broken TV remote. Burned out light bulbs. Broken ice machine. Entire floor smelled like curry or something similar. VERY noisy since the building is right up against I-70. It was a poor experience, but the workers were polite.

The hotel seemed to be under construction. Entire upstairs smelled like curry. No one was at front desk for checkout. Beds were comfortable, room itself was clean. Ceiling light fixture was missing- just bare wires hanging down.

Shower had low water pressure and didn’t get hot. Dead bugs were in it and slippery.

Always friendly staff. Nice property, very convenient location.

They claim it is under construction, but none is going on and they don't tell you in the listing, The pool is closed. The property is a construction site with no lobby. I would not stay here again. I got their with kids and they refused to refund.
