I liked the look of the hotel and the location.

Cons:

I didn't like that my reservation, which was made through a third party wasn't showing on the hotel's system. I also didn't like that when I came back to the hotel after 11 pm I couldn't get in because I didn't have my room key and there wasn't anyone at the desk for like ten minutes.

Absolutely heart breaking.
Cons:

Booked a reservation, paid for it. And by the time I get to the hotel the host says my reservation has been canceled and I never done that. Called booking.com and they said I have 500% did not cancel. The hotel overbooked. So I were 4 hours from home trying to find another hotel on a busy night.
