Pros:

I liked the look of the hotel and the location.

Cons:

I didn't like that my reservation, which was made through a third party wasn't showing on the hotel's system. I also didn't like that when I came back to the hotel after 11 pm I couldn't get in because I didn't have my room key and there wasn't anyone at the desk for like ten minutes.

Absolutely heart breaking.
Cons:

Booked a reservation, paid for it. And by the time I get to the hotel the host says my reservation has been canceled and I never done that. Called booking.com and they said I have 500% did not cancel. The hotel overbooked. So I were 4 hours from home trying to find another hotel on a busy night.

Location was amazing

Cons:

The pool area was very unsanitary. The pool water was yellow and the hot tub was dirty as well. Over all did not feel comfortable and did not stay. Currently fighting for a refund.

Cons:

Room 420.. shower mixer was found to be extremely tight to initially operate, this due to the mixer valve seats passing water.
The room smelt of dryer sheets like it was coming through a vent. Could either hear washing machines spinning or the heater in the room was loud.
