Please note that access to the spa for children under 16 is only permitted from 09:00 until 12:00, under the supervision of an adult.

Please note the spa will remain closed for maintenance from 02 March 2026 until 05 March 2026 (both included).

Guests have free access to the spa for one hour, and there is limited capacity.
It is obligatory to use a shower cap and slippers to access the Spa.

Please note that half board rates do not include beverages.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Convenient for a venue we visited and to the metro station.

War schon gut, aber würde nicht unbedingt nochmal dieses Hotel wählen.

Lage des Hotels, Eingangsbereich und Spa-Bereich (auch wenn es sehr klein war)

Cons:

Spa-Bereich war klein, Hotelzimmer war in Ordnung, aber auch nicht wow.

Ogólnie pobyt w tym hotelu uważam za udany!
Pros:

- bardzo dobre śniadania
- miła obsługa
- świetna lokalizacja - blisko do zabytków, blisko do metra którym można dojechać praktycznie w każde miejsce, blisko do plaży, super restauracje niedaleko, blisko do sklepów
- czysty, przestronny, codziennie sprzątany pokój
- duża (jak na hotel) łazienka, świeżo po remoncie
- w TV darmowy Netflix i YouTube
- w strefie SPA zawsze mocno nagrzane sauny. Basen fajny, choć mały
- darmowy transport z lotniska opłacony przez hotel

Cons:

- limit czasowy na SPA (godzina dziennie). Zwykle w hotelach, gdzie jest strefa SPA, dla gości hotelowych jest bez limitu czasowego. Tutaj było to uciążliwe - idziesz rano z dziećmi i wieczorem nie możesz już pójść sam się zrelaksować, bo wykorzystałeś limit
- z dziećmi można iść na SPA tylko w godzinach 9-12 oraz 14-15. Rozumiem, że wieczorem dorośli chcą się zrelaksować bez krzyków dzieci, ale takie sztywne ramy były bardzo problematyczne, żeby dostosować się do tych godzin zwiedzając Barcelonę. Można by pomyśleć, że np. dzieci mogą korzystać do 17 czy 18 (SPA jest otwarte do 21).
- mały basen - gdy było dużo ludzi, praktycznie nie do użycia
- nie ma obowiązku używania ręczników w saunach
- gdy dostaniesz pokój po wewnętrznej stronie, masz widok na inne okna i jest w tym pokoju okropnie duszno. Bez klimatyzacji ciężko wytrzymać (klimatyzacja działa dopiero od maja).
- powolne windy - lepiej schodzić i wchodzić po schodach.

La comodidad, el espacio de la habitación, las instalaciones y la profesionalidad de los trabajadores.

Cons:

Siento que hacía mucho calor en las habitaciones y no se podía regular, es zona de discotecas así que hay ruidos durante toda la noche si quieres dormir con la ventana abierta.
El rooftop estaba abierto pero sin servicio de cafetería/bar, se entiende que es temporada baja pero estaría bien unas horas con un mínimo de bebidas/tapeo

Le parking il faut vraiment s'adapter , et même si nous avons reserver il a fallue qu'on se gare comme ont peut , les autres clients ne respectent pas forcement les places

Pros:

Les chambre son très bien

Cons:

Le spa et seulement une piscine froide et un sauna
Il n'y a pas de jacuzzi pas de remous
Tout doit se faire a pied
Aucune place pour se garer sauf a l'hôtel dans le parking souterrain
