Staff was nice.

Cons:

Small room, pillows were bad, bathroom drain was damaged and lose. Almost slipped and fell in the shower due to lose drain cover. Doors slammed all night.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Room was great size and it had iron and ironing board and decent hair dryer which was brilliant
Taxi rank right outside
Staff at reception really helpful and helped us book restaurants

Cons:

We're Irish so closing rooftop at 11 seemed a little early but cocktails were good . The breakfast a bit expensive

Overall very good.
Pros:

Room very good, location fairly good.

Cons:

Good selection, but breakfast room very noisy and fried eggs were VERY cold. Restaurant quite good for dinner and the bar manager arranged for what was included in our room rate to be taken into account on our dinner bill which was good. Unfortunately the last nights meal was spoilt by a different waiter asking if we wanted to give tip, which was a bit of a cheek. The bar closed very early 11 pm. Having said that the young barmaid made us the best Margarita we have had outside our own home.

Cons:

Only thing i could comment badly about is that the cooler was pretty warm the whole trip. Drinks weren’t getting cold at all

Cons:

In der Umgebung gibt es keine Bars oder Restaurants.Die nächste Metrostation ist aber nah sodass man recht schnell in die Innenstadt oder zu anderen attraktiveren Orten der Stadt kommt.

Pros:

The staff was kind and helpful. The room had a nice terrace. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choices. The rooftop bar has a great view, although the staff there was a bit less hospitable.

Cons:

Me and my colleague booked the same room type, but mine was smaller and did not have a desk, so I couldn't comfortably work on my computer. The elevator was broken for 2 days, otherwise it was very slow and trip from 8th floor down to lobby was taking me 3-5 minutes (stopping on several floors). The swimming pool was nice, but the floor in the spa was always wet. The saunas could use a thorough clearning and policy to sit on towels and not on woodden boards.

Cons:

They didn't provide any toothbrushes or tampons, and there was no hair dryer. They put dirty, unwashed pillows on the bed, even when I had taken them off. The spa was super dirty.
