Please note that access to the spa for children under 16 is only permitted from 09:00 until 12:00, under the supervision of an adult.

Please note the spa will remain closed for maintenance from 02 March 2026 until 05 March 2026 (both included).

It is obligatory to use a shower cap and slippers to access the Spa.

Pros:

Het was redelijk schoon. Maar dat is ook alles wat ik positief kan melden.

Cons:

In principe alles. Als frequente reiziger (altijd in 4 of 5 sterren hotels) kan ik vertellen dat dit echt geen vier sterren hotel is. Locatie is in een buurt waar je niks hebt. Kamers lijken totaal niet op wat er op Booking site staat. Toiletartikelen moet je naar vragen, de standaard dingen als tissues,, water, Vanity kit, niks staat klaar.
Kamer is heel koud en klein. Lakens bad- handdoeken zijn aan vervanging toe. Groot twee persoonsbed is dus een 140 bed. Dit is geen groot bed, zoals er wordt vermeld op Booking.

Great rooftop bar, small spa.
Pros:

The rooftop bar and helpful staff!

Cons:

Two things surprised us, but one was to do with booking.com.

Booking.com said there was a free airport transfer. The hotel does not offer free transfer, but they did arrange a taxi at charge.

We also booked this place because of the spa and sauna. The spa is very small, and the days we were there the sauna was broken, so a little disappointing. It was a little disappointing, but relaxing on the rooftop bar made up for it.

Accoglienza ottima, staff estremamente disponibile, camera molto confortevole e molto pulita. Ho notato molta attenzione in tutti i dettagli, esperienza eccezionale.

Biorąc pod uwagę cenę pobytu oraz opisane doświadczenia, nie zdecydowałbym się na ponowny pobyt w tym hotelu.
Pros:

Na plus należy zaliczyć bardzo przyjemną strefę rooftop, która była dużym atutem obiektu i pozwalała na relaks w komfortowych warunkach. Śniadania były smaczne i świeże, choć ich wybór pozostawał dość monotematyczny przy dłuższym pobycie. Dodatkowo na uwagę zasługuje ogólna czystość hotelu, która była utrzymana na dobrym poziomie.

Cons:

Podczas pobytu czas oczekiwania na przydzielenie pokoju wyniósł aż 1,5 godziny i był trzykrotnie wydłużany przez obsługę, co już na początku wpłynęło negatywnie na całe doświadczenie. W trakcie pobytu w pokoju panowała bardzo niska temperatura w godzinach wieczornych, a jego stan pozostawiał wiele do życzenia drzwi do łazienki nie zamykały się, co znacząco obniżało komfort. Dodatkowo zgłoszona awaria telewizora nie została usunięta mimo ponownych interwencji, a obsługa ostatecznie poinformowała, że nie ma możliwości jej naprawy; poziom obsługi był nierówny, ponieważ obok osób uprzejmych trafiały się również osoby niekompetentne.

Tout était super. La chambre était spacieuse. Le quartier était sympa, bien placé.
