I returned back after staying there last year as a solo traveler, I felt safe.
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional with a variety to choose from. The staff are very professional. The food was exceptional. The choice of cocktails is great

Great location for shops and restaurants.
Pros:

Good location and very close to shopping malls and restaurants. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel and rooms are spotlesslly clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed and pillows and an excellent shower. Good gym. A good breakfast and the Asian restaurant on the top floor is excellent.

Cons:

It's a shame the hotel doesn't have a pool and an outside area to relax and have a drink. As someone who likes total silence and pitch-blackness when sleeping, I found the air-con a bit noisy, and the various power points and the slightly illuminous fire-exit map and instructions provided unnecessary light in the room at night. However, I managed to cover these up.

All good. They have a 24hrs restaurant which is a plus point and halal food is available. Most of the staff is very welcoming and polite. Location is good

Cons:

A staff from asiatic bar demanded money when he came to my room to drop cutleries. I didnt liked that and complained to reception. Asiatic bar immediately called and apologized anf sent the needful through other staff. All other staff was good. Beeakfast need some more varieties. AC in the room is quite noisy

Excellent stay
Pros:

Everything from staff to cleanliness to room comfort to breakfast to location everything was excellent. Dennis at reception responded us well and helped us choose the room for next stay after masai mara. This room doesnt have a good view. Deluxe room is better

Good but could have been excellent
Pros:

It was good and central for touristing and visiting. Clean place with friendly and polite staff

Cons:

I booked a suite so we could relax and spend time with my girlfriend. However it was a disappointment as the tv was very poor. Very few channels, mainly news or nothing and we couldn’t Bluetooth anything from our cell phone. It was a MAJOR disappointment.
