I was not informed when booking that my suite had a connecting door to another room. This should have been clearly stated in the room description before I booked and paid. I would not have paid this much for a suite knowing I would have to put up with noise from the adjoining room.
On top of that, I did not book a suite and pay this amount to have no view at all. From the sitting area, all I can see is a wall and an internal lightwell. This is very disappointing and does not meet the standard I expected for the price I paid.
J’ai énormément apprécié mon séjour, et ce que j’ai particulièrement aimé, c’est sans aucun doute la literie ! La douceur et le confort étaient exceptionnels. Les draps étaient toujours impeccablement propres et changés quotidiennement, avec une agréable odeur de fraîcheur, ce qui a rendu mes nuits très agréables et paisibles et m’a permis de profiter d’un sommeil de grande qualité tout au long de mon séjour. J’ai également adoré le petit-déjeuner, que j’ai trouvé vraiment très complet : à mon avis, il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour bien commencer la journée et être en forme, avec des protéines, des lipides, des fruits et une belle variété de choix. C’était vraiment un plaisir chaque matin ! Enfin, je tiens à souligner la gentillesse et l’attention du personnel d’accueil et de la conciergerie. Tout le personnel était très agréable, mais je souhaite particulièrement mentionner Philomène, qui a été d’une gentillesse remarquable, très attentionnée et toujours aux petits soins. Une très belle expérience dans l’ensemble, avec beaucoup de confort, un excellent petit-déjeuner et un personnel aux petits soins. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
Superb staff and location
Great bedroom facilities. Good location for my meeting in Spring Valley the next day. Price was better than Crowne Plaza and similar places.
Views from the bedrooms are not great!
Restaurant on the 11th floor
The fact that I booked a spa section and the lady at the spa asked me to go to my room and they will come call me and the never did got to me.

I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. I would happily stay here again!
La habitación era muy espaciosa y la limpieza excelente. Tenia mucha seguridad y aún estando en el barrio de Westlands se agradece mucho, nos dio mucha tranquilidad. El desayuno rico y variado y además nos dejaron hacer eral breakfast. El personal amable y complaciente. La cama comodisima y está muy bien aislado. Se llega genial desde el aeropuerto y en la terraza tienen un restaurante excelente de comida asiática y con buenos cocktails.
Lo único que no me gustó fue que el baño tenga una pared de cristal (translúcida obviamente) que da a la habitación, despiertas a tu compañero/a de viaje si vas al servicio por la noche.
I liked everything the staff were so nice and very friendly. They made our stay very easy, and comfortable. Amenities, cleaness, next to sarit mall in walking distance, walkable area, and it is a beautiful Hotel. Indeed preimer. It was our first time trying best western and we are so glad we did. The beds were so comfy, i was planning to ask for there pillows to take with me, 😁 i forgot.
It is not i didnt like, just a bit more variety of breakfast would have made it perfect.

We only stayed one night, everything was great, comfortable bed, convenient location next to a mall.
The location was good.
The rooms were small and dark. There was not a mirror in the bedroom. The bathroom was in adequate and dark when I had a shower the whole room was flooded. There was no Glass.
