I was very disappointed with my stay at The Ramada Hotel!
Pros:

I like the convenience of the Hotel to my destination! The personnel was nice!

Cons:

The Room was not up to par! Broken Toilet, the shower had all kinds of marks in it, stickers on Fridge, wallpaper peeling, the number on the room was on Painters Tape, etc.

Worst hotel in Newburgh, not sure how this hotel is listed here.

Cons:

The water building up in the hallways that splashed out of the rugs as you walked, the peep hole that was missing, the neighbors who all were blasting music off hours, the taped on room numbers, the staff that didn't speak English in the middle of New York State. Should I go on?

I have videos to prove this place was not safe to stay in I am going to reach out to corporate office to see if I can get a refund

Cons:

The holes in the wall the homeless people sleeping on. The floor in the hotel the bed was broken

They need new carpet, and the room that I was in the ceiling walls was nasty, they could have had a leak from the room above that made the ceiling look bad.Both room key card didn't work when I tried to return from getting something to eat.

Do not go to this hotel not as described avoid like the plague you are in danger ..

Nothing disgusted drug use migrant homeless hotel felt threatened police presence left the property as not described felt lied too

Cons:

Should not be on booking .com disgusting drug use shady people in hall ways police being called protective barrier at the reception freezing corridors and room onlv warm in the reception area individual checking in with a base ball bat dirty gym old broken dangerous .

Junkies, prostitutes, and the smell of feces. We did NOT stay.
Cons:

We were greeted at the door by a homeless junkie. In the lobby were prostitutes waiting for customers. The worker behind the bulletproof glass counted cash out to another junkie when I walked in.

We were scared to be there.

Cons:

When we arrived to check in, there were 2 police cars parked in the entry. They were there to talk to one of the guests: criminal or victim or crime. There were drug addicts/prostitutes in the parking lot. The room looked beat up: damage to furniture. No breakfast, no ice for guests.
