Lovely comfortable hotel overlooking ocean.
Pros:

Large bedrooms with balcony overlooking sea. Really liked area & surrounding Restuarants. Only 15-20 mins walk to old town. Quiet. Large nice pool area.

Cons:

Restaurant area was not very inviting.

Hotel fantastico com excelente localização. É pena o mal entendido sobre o Spa e com a recepcionista Vanessa.

Quarto é fantastico, tal como as instalações e a localização.

Cons:

Houve um pequeno mal entendido entre nós, o Hotel e o Spa. Fizemos uma marcação junto com o Hotel, e o próprio Spa ligou a confirmar a reserva. Na hora da marcação o Hotel disse que o Spa não tinha disponibilidade e que a massagem ficava sem efeito.
O pequeno mal entendido foi resolvido pelo Diretor do Hotel que foi muito atencioso. Pior mesmo só a recepcionista Vanessa. Nunca pediu desculpas pelo sucedido, tratou-nos como se nós é que tivessemos a culpa e mandou o seu colega vir falar connosco em vez de dar a cara pelo problema que foi sempre tratado diretamente com a mesma. É pena, porque o hotel e o resto do staff merecem um 10.

Если есть такая фишка, чтоб отключать входные карточки за час до check- out, то хотя бы предупреждать надо заранее и пис

Место хорошее. Бассейн с морской водой.

Cons:

Кровати узкие. А самое эффектное: утром отключился интернет и что в 11:00 отключили входные карточки ( при том, что check-out был в 12:00!!!). Мой муж с другом были в бассейне и не могли попасть в номер , так как лифт работал только при помощи карточки. Они мокрые ходили по гостинице и пытались попасть в номер. Пока мы( жены) бегали на ресепшин перепрограммировать входные карточки . Просто жесть!!!😖

Bardzo fajne śniadania, z dużą kulturą oraz czystością i wbrew niektórym opiniom, duży wybór owoców, z resztą bardzo smacznych.

Top Hotel in top Lage
Pros:

Top Lage, in der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig gute Restaurants, in 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi ist man in der Stadt und im prallen Leben. Das Hotel ist super super ausgestattet, wunderschön sowohl innen als auch die Außenanlagen! Die Poolanlagen sind der Hammer. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, bietet viel Platz in Schränken und Schubladen, auf Tischen, toll. Die Küchenzeile und der große TV sind die Krönung. Auch die Terrasse ist herrlich, der Blick aufs Meer traumhaft. Viele Gäste sind stilvolle Engländer, dadurch ergibt sich ein sehr gutes Niveau, in jeder Hinsicht. Das Personal ist freundlich und professionell. Super waren Gastgeschenke wie Wasser, Madeira Wein, ein Obstkorb, jeden Tag wieder Wasser und Toblerone, zu Weihnachten gab es Wein und Süßes. Wunderbar!

Cons:

Alles ist auf Engländer und Portugiesen ausgerichtet, das merkt man beim Essen und bei der Zuwendung des Personals.
