Hotel simpático com boas condições para uma estadia de relaxamento.
Pros:

Da área do quarto e do pequeno-almoço.

Cons:

É incompreensível que num Hotel tão próximo de Portugal não haja um único canal de TV em português.
Seguramente o Hotel tem uma percentagem relevante de clientes portugueses.

Pros:

Localização, limpeza, vistas do hotel e funcionários muito simpáticos. A cama também é espetacular e o pequeno almoço é bem variado.

Cons:

Não gosto da banheira mas é um ponto de vista particular.

Pros:

An excellent place for a getaway for two. Very quiet, with the cleanest fresh air and a superb spa area featuring hot water from thermal springs. Nearby, there is a park for walks, several restaurants, a bar, and a café.
The perfect location for exploring the attractions of northwestern Spain and enjoying a quiet getaway.
The breakfast was perfect.

Cons:

Everything was fine. Thanks a lot for all staff.

Pros:

El hotel en general esta muy bien . El spa muy bueno. Las habitaciones excelentes y el desayuno muy bueno. El personal atento.

Cons:

Que nos dejamos unos pantalones y si no llamamos nosotros 3 dias despues no nos avisan.

Bien pero se podrían cuidar más los pequeños detalles

Había reservado el balneario directamente, ya que en Booking no me daba la opción de reservar el tipo de habitación que quería (con vistas al mar) y la sesión de spa. Cuando llegué a la habitación, no estaban los dos albornoces, así que volví a bajar para preguntar si podrían proporcionarnos unos, para no tener que bajar así, sobre todo por la imagen del hotel al andar solo en bañador por dentro de sus instalaciones.

Había un chico joven y una chica también joven. Me dijeron que, como no había reservado ese tipo de pack, no tenía los albornoces en la habitación y que bajara en bañador, que allí en el balneario me los darían. Volví a insistir en el tema de la imagen y en que no nos sentíamos muy cómodos bajando así, y me dijeron que no pasaba nada por hacerlo.

Cuando llegamos al balneario, la señora, muy amablemente, nos preguntó por qué habíamos bajado así, y fue entonces cuando le conté lo que me habían dicho en recepción. Se quedó bastante sorprendida con la respuesta de recepción.

No fue cómodo bajar en bañador ni las miradas del resto de huéspedes al vernos así por el hotel. Si no disponen de albornoces en recepción, podrían avisar al departamento de pisos para que los suban a la habitación. Espero que tengan esto en cuenta para futuros huéspedes.

De todas formas, el personal de recepción fue amable también. Solo lo dejo como feedback para poder mejorar.

Excelente localização, ótimo custo-beneficio!
Pros:

Localização, tamanho do quarto e da cama, vista belíssima, limpeza, staff simpático.

Cons:

Só tiraria a banheira da casa de banho. Uma base de duche seria muito melhor.
