Pros:

Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Amenities in the room were fine.

Cons:

Elevator is sketchy. The overhead light by the door did not work so trying to get ready and do makeup at the mirror/sink was tough.

I didnt even get to stay.

Cons:

The desk lady was rude and laughed in my fiancés face and walked away after she told me I couldn’t check in (i’m under 21) Then told my fiancé he couldn’t check in because he was under 22. Doesn’t make much sense to me. Even though I was able to complete the pre check in verification, which required me to submit a photo of my ID. I understand companies have different policies but the employees could have handled the situation differently.

Cons:

So I called ahead to the super 8 for a Stay this weekend asking for availability and if you can rent at 18 the man said yes I make the hour drive and when I’m checking in the woman at the desk said that they don’t allow under 21 on the weekends. Would have been nice to know on the phone only luckily did I find another place to stay

We had a ground floor room & the window didn't lock. The door from outside wasn't secure so anyone could walk in. & our room smelled awful for a place that was posted non- smoking everywhere!
