Poor customer service

Cons:

The lady at the front was awful! Very hostile from the start, I made a reservation online I didn't add my 2 year old on as guest the lady wanted to charge me extra but it wasn't that it was the way she acted that upset me. She wanted a cash deposit, it was late that's why it was a last minute reservation because I just didn't want to drive back home and it was getting late. I asked her a question
