The stay was good but not great. Great location. Great staff
Pros:

Breakfast was good for what was available. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Bed was not very comfortable. We felt ourselves keeping moving to the middle. So not much sleep.

Pros:

We had a comfortable room with a great view of the bridge. We have been staying here for the last couple of years and have had a good experience.

Cons:

The front staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that we were there for three nights, and house cleaning never came in.

my stay was average, and I would rate this hotel 6/10.
Pros:

the location of the hotel is close to Mackinac bridge .

Cons:

First, the receptionist at the front desk on August 9 around 7:00 PM was not very friendly. A simple smile and a welcoming attitude would greatly improve the guest experience. In contrast, the receptionist on the morning of August 10 was very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming.

Second, there was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel, which I believe may have been coming from the old carpets.

Third, the breakfast area was quite small and could benefit from improvement or expansion.

Fourth, the internet service was not reliable. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, and the connection frequently dropped. This is an area that needs attention and improvement.

Overall, my stay was average, and I would rate this hotel 6/10. While there were some positive aspects, several areas could be improved to provide a better guest experience.

It smelled like cigarette smoke, front desk wouldn’t give me quarters for laundry so had to go to 2 different gas stations to get the change. No ice in the morning. Very soft mattresses.

Not the best stay of three, sorry...
Pros:

We've stayed here a couple times before & expected the same level of comfort...

Cons:

We were disappointed that the hot tub was closed down for maintanence, something for which we purposedly reserved rooms here. Also, the beds in the room this time were uncomfortable because the mattresses were tooooooo soft. Not good for bad back or bad hip!

Great value and THE best bridge view
Pros:

Best location/view of the Mackinaw Bridge and at a great value. The staff was very friendly and helpful to bring us an extra bed for the kids too. We had a bridge view room which also had a nice patio to sit out on.

Cons:

Outdated rooms that shows wear on the shower/sink faucets but even so it's priced fair. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean but appeared that the staff Friday night did not stock for sat morning breakfast. The poor girl at the front desk had to stock, make coffee, and check everyone out. May have been better prepared
