Comfortable and quiet
Everything was good
Night clerk was excellent
I took my two grandsons for a three day getaway. We had a GREAT time. Staff was wonderful and helpful. The boys loved the pool. Our room had an AWESOME view of the Mighty Mac Bridge and Lake Michigan. Even got to see my favorite freighter the Alpena sail by.
Only complaint was the pool deck needs updating. It was rough and sharp in places. My oldest grandson got two small cuts. Several other users were complaining also.
The view was amazing!
Nothing, everything exceeded my expectations!
Great views of the Lake and the Bridge. Comfortable bed. Very clean hotel.
The 1st floor rooms in the middle of the hotel face the entrance and can be noisy.
I love the view
Location
Amemities not working
Room was clean, breakfast was good with enough options for my family, staff was friendly.
I did pay extra for a room with a view of the bridge but it was so foggy that we couldn’t see anything outside. That was not the fault of the hotel, though.
My GPS did have trouble finding this location, also.
Well kept and clean hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. If you desire views of the bridge, ensure to ask for lake view rooms, which are also quiet. The bed is comfortable. The rooms with soaker tubs come with more than enough towels to meet your needs. The one minor critical feedback is the blankets were lightweight, for those who enjoy some weight while sleeping.
Always a great stay…Management and staff where great as usual.

Pool and hot tub are very nice.
Free breakfast
Easy parking
Tub in bathroom
Maybe could add bacon or sausage patties as part of the breakfast
Fantastic views
Bathroom was dirty. There were 2 soda bottle caps on the floor, no toilet paper and hair in the shower. Obviously missed being cleaned before we checked in.
Close to the trails. Thats about it.
Breakfast was very bad... no good food. Parking lot was pure ice. No effort to salt. My total was $268.80 when I went to pay, I was told my total was $270. I think the 3rd shift staff was stealing from the customers. Plus the 3rd shift staff front desk guy was very unfriendly. Hardly said any thing to me. I had to ask the questions.
Facility is very clean, very nice. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Above any other Super 8 I've been to.
The parking lot was solid ice. I live in the north, I understand how freezing and thawing works. I get that salt is expensive, but you have to use it. I slipped and fell twice just trying to get to my car.
Ther is a lack of parking, especially for for a vehicle with a trailer. I had to park at the truck stop located next door.
