Cons:

Night stand and phone were dusty along with the wall headboards. The mini fridge made noise, stunk and by the morning we left it leaked water on carpet. The pool was cloudy and not looking clean.

I like this place, will stay again.
Pros:

The view of the Mackinac Bridge is ideal! Ask for a lake side room to enjoy this view from your room!
The room and all furnishings were good quality and were clean.

Cons:

Toilet was plugged when we arrived, not a pleasant discovery!

Lovely view of the lake and bridge from behind the hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent. I liked how close it was to the bridge and there were many food choices nearby. Loved being able to see the bridge and lake when we walked behind the hotel.

Cons:

There for three night and I just wished room service would’ve come in or if there had been a sign to put up for extra towels and trash to be taken out…like a quick clean.

view of straits from south side beautiful. front desk young lady very friendly, personable, helpful, good breakfast offering. warm indoor pool and hot tub!

one exit is onto busy highway directly across from a McDonald's, hard to get out heading west

other than the discount issue at the front desk very good

Cons:

Staff at 2000 on Sunday was not easy to understand, very broken English. Website state that there was a military discount available, stated must show on arrival to apply discount. was told by attendee that he could not do that it had to be done online. MY TAKE ON THAT IS THAT IS HOW YOU DO NOT HONOR DISCOUNTS THAT YOU ADVERTISE THAT YOU HAVE. VERY FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST.

I liked the patio off the pool room and was disappointed I could not stay long enough to enjoy.

Cons:

The hot tub wasn't working, would have loved it too, besides the pool

Pros:

Hotel is clean. Room had a set of bunk beds for my kids, which was a nice added surprise.

Cons:

We stayed there 5 nights for family vacation. The hot tub was broken the entire time. We felt like we should've been comped or something. This is the third time we've stayed there in the last 2 years. When we book hotels, pool and hot tub are part of the reason we book where we book.
