I loved the location and the room. Breakfast was good too!! And to the man who was at the front desk when I checked in Friday evening, you absolutely 100% deserve a raise. Your tone of voice was beautiful, and you I could tell you had the patience of a saint, and the way you make sure to answer every question is impeccable. 10/10. I would book again JUST because of that gentleman.
The pool was great but the room wasn’t the cleanest. The chairs and such too.
The staff at the front desk and the breakfast area were very kind and helpful.
The bathroom floor was so dirty that my socks stuck to the floor. I had to take a wash cloth and wipe the floor down. The rag was black after wiping up the floor.

We were so impressed with this hotel! The staff was so personable and easy to talk to. The room was top notch, clean, and comfortable. We came to be close to Cedar Point. I always loved it when growing up in Ohio but then moved out of state and still want to ride roller coasters every time I'm home (during the season). After a very busy week for my sisters wedding we were tired so we slept in and woke up right after breakfast had ended. My husband went down to see if there was coffee left over so he didn't have to make any and brought up a whole bunch of food. They left it out a little for him to get some. Everything he got was delicious and really impressive for a hotel breakfast! We decided when we come again in the future we want to stay here again and will get 2 nights rather than 1 to maximize our time at the park and not have a 3 hour drive back to my home base that night. It was so nice!
The TV was a little confusing. We'd try to change channels and it seemed to keep playing the same thing which was not our jam. I'm not sure what I did to figure it out but figured it out some how. Small negative for all the positives this hotel had.
Location and price.
Pool was small. Only one family at a time can fit. Not for swimming. Housekeeping was poor. Two nights. Only 1 bed made the next morning and no clean towels were given. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were a one and done. None given for our second night stay.
I loved all of the modern art they have it gives it a nice relaxing vibe!

The staff was very nice. The room was very clean and a good size. It was nice and quiet on the fourth floor.
The air conditioner was not on ahead of time prior to our arrival. The refrigerator was not in proper working order. , but that issue was taken care of. There was also a small glitch in the television and the remote was difficult to operate.
The rooms were clean
