No internet on the third floor
location wasn't bad. sofa and room size were adequate.
noise level- poor insulation in walls, could hear neighbors water running and conversations.
uneven surface of driveway, bright lights of outside display could be seen in room even with curtains drawn. Carpet and entryway looked worn and had a smell.
Hotel room was clean, staff very good, second time staying at this facility. Good price for week day.
I like to drink coffee and their coffee is not the best

Parking was a challenge
I called to make our reservation using a phone number supposedly identifying your establishment, but instead the call was handled by booking.com, which it never indentified it self as. They charged us for two separate reservations, although they only sent us one reservation confirmation. When I call a number that was listed as your hotel, I expect to get your front desk, not some coniving booking outfit. I am out $123.66 to stay in one room for one night at your facility. I have full paper documentation of this event and will be using such to show anyone asking about staying in Sandusky why they shouldn't stay at your hotel. Thanks a lot!
