Cons:

No towels, never touched up any day. Dirty sheets. Adults doing inappropriate things in the pool with children there. Everything we asked for towels we were told there were none. We even ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for it.

We were given a room that wasn’t clean, and when we told this to the receptionist, no apology whatsoever, and gave us another room. We booked a king size room, and she gave us a 2 double beds room, without consulting if that was ok with us. That room had a strong feet smell. I guess you get what you paid for but we shouldn’t have to deal with this issues in the first place

Our stay was wonderful and I will definitely stay there again!
Pros:

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The hotel lobby, breakfast area and the room itself was VERY clean! The room was great - the beds were comfortable, the A/C worked and the room was spacious.

I liked everything.

Pros:

The lady checking us in (Cheryl, I think is her name) was so amazing. 1st she let us check in early and then I was having an issue with my debit card. She was so patient with me. It wss close to Cedar Point and was a good price.

Cons:

When getting to pur room, we did not have any pillows. The pillows were flat and we had to ask for more to make pne decent pillow. Then later in the evening we realized we only had small towels, the floor bath towels and hand towels. The "pool" was more like a large bathtub and barely room to swim.

Breakfast!

Cons:

First room was no wifi, then we were moved to a second room which was not made up we then were moved to to our third room which was supposed to be a queen beds, it was not it was two full beds which were very uncomfortable which led to a poor nights sleep. The manager refunded half our total so that was that.
