Staff was understanding and said I would get a refund, still waiting.
Pros:

Overall the facility appearance seemed clean

Cons:

My room seemed clean however, a rodent decided to share the room with me. I immediately got my things and checked out even tho it was past midnight and I hadn’t slept. I showed a video of the intruder to the staff at the front desk.

The room was a good size for a big family, good location to museums and downtown. Suite had a kitchette attached which was nice.

Good budget hotel for a night
Pros:

Close to Bricktown

Cons:

Hotel had a weird stale odor. The odor stuck to our clothes, personal blankets and bags. Everything had to be cleaned once we got home even wiping down toiletry containers. Front desk not very welcoming.

We loved the area, the staff was great and the room was very comfortable.

I was not a fan of the half shower door. It kinda forces u to take a quick shower instead of a nice good shower

Everything. It was terrible and disgusting.

The bathroom had leaking shower. Broken tile and framing around shower. Shower head was coated in calcium build up and sprayed everywhere. Room smelled like and extreme combo of bleach and other chemicals. Tv was broken but Linda worked. We asked for new battery's at front desk and they just pointed the remote at a tv and said it works. The grounds were gross. Homeless people wondering around property. The breakfast was eggs and waffles. Few other things you buy locally at wal mart. Staff was rude. No extra pillows. Curtains weee stained. Clock didn't work. Elevator was broken. Everything about this stay was horrible but we had no other optionals within our price range for the area. It is by downtown but you cant walk safely there. A car or Uber is needed to go the 5-10 blocks to a safe location downtown. Cannot recommend this hotel.
