C’est ok mais pas sérieux pour la caution

L’emplacement et le petit déjeuné !

Cons:

J’attends toujours de savoir quand est ce que je récupérerai ma caution… personne ne répond à mes messages depuis 4 jours et aucunes nouvelles …

Poor quality experience for the cost.
Pros:

Easily accessible from the interstate.

Cons:

Staff members not available for interaction about issues. My room had something banging on the outside wall all night. Very little sleep and staff not available. Marijuana being smoked and my complaint did no good. Will never go back.

It was okay for the one night we stayed but I'm glad we ONLY stayed for one night.
Pros:

The location was really good; we were within walking distance of the Criterion. We were able to ride the scooters too! The breakfast was very good as well.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was not good. One of the lamps in the room burnt out as soon as we turned it on. The bed was not comfortable. The tv was very wobbly and I know this bc the remote would not turn it on so I had to do it manually.

i liked to pricing and location about the property . The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I didn’t like that staff stated we couldn’t have more towels , the a.c didn’t work , they said they could have housekeeping come clean shower , shower was dirty , and the t.v was practically locked . We were unable to watch the television at all . The sheets also had holes in them like someone smoked in them . We asked to speak to management and the lady who worked Saturday night along with Miguel said management only come in the mornings just to find out the next day when I asked to speak to the manager before check out Sunday morning that management doesn’t come on weekends . So we were lied to . When we asked for towels , they told us we can’t have more and the only towels available were pool towels which were the smallest towels ever that were practically face towels. I also asked to speak to management due to the fact my car was hit and i wanted to see the cameras . That’s when the lady on shift told us that management doesn’t come in on weekends and she took my name , number and model to my car on a sheet of paper and said she would have him contact me in the morning . The stay was horrible and uncomfortable.

Pros:

The stay was nice just didn’t like i couldn’t use the pool that was one of the reasons we pick the hotel. Other than that everything was good
