Cosy comfortable stay
Pros:

Room was quiet spacious clean. Bed was fabulous

Cons:

Breakfast. Small breakfast room. Needed crowd control. Couldn’t get near buffet or toaster. We didn’t go back for breakfast a second time. Terrible coffee

A perfectly good place to stay!
Pros:

A friend recommended the Pan Pacific, and it was good advice - I enjoyed staying there. The room was clean and quiet. The employees were nice. And it was centrally located. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros:

Great location, helpful staff. The complimentary shuttle was a real bonus!

It was a pleasant stay in a lovley room
Pros:

the location was good as it was the end of the season with no snow in the village. The room was lovely and clean and a good size. The breakfast was below average for a hotel of this standard.

Cons:

The breakfast was limited and ordinary.

I would stay again based on the customer experience.

Great service at the front desk, the staff were friendly, and very helpful.

There was a funny smell coming from the bathroom, and the bathroom sink plug was broken, not a big deal to be honest,
