Staff was very nice.
Parking is limited
L'emplacement, le parking. la gentillesse du oersonnel
La salle de bain, fenêtre déformée ouverte au froid (11 ° dehors) et la porte gonflée qui ne se ferme plus,
Le petit déjeuner est basique
We loved the restaurant downstairs, great food! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. The rooms are small but the hotel itself is small. We picked this hotel because of its location. We were able to walk to the parade route, coffee shop, an old cemetery, and to another restaurant down the street. The area is beautiful as well.
The only thing we struggled with was getting our luggage in the elevator. The elevator is very small and having 3 people with luggage, we didn't fit. Luckily the stairs were next to the elevator and we were on the second floor so it wasn't too bad. Not really any complaints.
Location
It was older and parking was tight
La qualité du service, l’emplacement ans un quartier superbe le parking

Location was great. Staff were very helpful.
Breakfast was awful. We could hear the lobby music all night in our room which was just upstairs.
Everything was clean and nice. I’m a 66 year old widow. I feel very safe in this location. My room feels safe. The room is just cozy. I’ve told all my friends about this inn.
I like everything about this property.
Breakfast was basic. Good value
Great location right along the trolly line. Incredibly friendly staff. The building itself is a bit aged, but love the set up for the rooms.
Would absolutely stay here again- a few really good restaurants walking distance as well. Good spot overall
The property had an excellent location right across from a street car stop. The breakfast was continental, but had many choices. The free parking was a great benefit and one of the main reasons we selected this hotel. The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable!
Literally, the only negative thing was that we were never able to access the WiFi. We were told to keep trying. We ended up just using the hot spot off our phones. It wasn’t that big a deal, but they probably need to work on improving their internet.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St Charles Inn. The location in the Garden District worked well for us. Free parking was a great benefit. We walked to the French Quarter multiple times and could easily drive in and out to see other sites in the area. Very dog-friendly establishment. Lovely, well-appointed rooms. We would love to stay here again.
Had some noisy neighbors who came in late at night. Not the hotel's fault, but it was annoying.
