My best stay ever

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Im Garden District, mit vielen schönen Villen gelegen, liegt das Hotel in einer sehr angenehmen Umgebung. Die historische Bahn, die bis ins Zentrum fährt, hält direkt vor dem Hotel. So kann das Fahrzeug die meiste Zeit auf dem zur Verfügung stehenden Parkplatz bleiben. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Dass sich im Erdgeschoß ein mexikanische Restaurant befindet ist sehr praktisch und es bietet außerdem eine gute Küche.

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique, le confort et la propreté de cet hôtel. Les prestations sont de qualité : literie, salle de douche agréable, chambres spacieuses et silencieuses. La terrasse du petit déjeuner est également charmante sur St charles street.

Good location very close to the streetcar stop.

Very nice property. The location is great. The front desk people were friendly and helpful—no problem storing our luggage both after our first stay and before our second.

This was our second stay and it was just as good as our first. The hotel is not a chain and is older but is well maintained. Check in was fast and easy. Our room was clean, bright and very comfortable. The hotel is pretty quiet, so we slept really well. The water pressure was really good. Breakfast is your basic Continental (toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, juices). The streetcar runs right outside so it's easy to catch a ride to go exploring. We are happy to have found this gem and it was just as good as the first time we stayed.

Absolutely stunning property very clean very quiet. Superior grill conveniently located right next door with access from the hotel lobby. Their food is great, mexican food. If you're looking for something other than creole. Didn't hear any room noise from the street or the hallway? The beds were exceptionally comfortable, plenty of pillows, and the air conditioning was nice and cool. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful when I had questions about local areas to visit, they went above and beyond. We'd highly recommend this place if you're a visiting conveniently. Located in the garden district with the trolley, located right across the street. Easy access to get on and off to go uptown or downtown and to the french quarter, about a twenty minute ride to the french quarter on the trolley. This place is also pet friendly. So if you're traveling with your fur, babies and excellent choice. Free gated parking if you drive. Can't wait to visit again

I liked the clean rooms. They were updated and nice. The traffic outside was loud but that is not your fault.

Partly my reason on choosing this hotel was the free parking in New Orleans but actually it is a lovely hotel in the Garden District of New Orleans and very close to bars and eateries on Magazine St and St Charles and a streetcar stop close by that takes you into the French Quarter. Basic buffet breakfast in the lobby area but fine to start the day off and plenty of local info available in hotel. (If you using streetcars download Le Pass app and you can get cheap travel passes for the cars)
