Place was clean, quiet, staff was gracious and friendly. Just go somewhere else for breakfast.

Cons:

They could do better for the breakfast. They did cheap and easy but the coffee sucked and it was clearly just a nod to providing calories. It’s effing NOLA- live up to the reputation of good food!

Pros:

Love the included breakfast and parking! It offers a clean, comfy and convenient location near the streetcar with easy access to the French Quarter and other hotspots. Also, staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Cons:

I would love to have had a banana on the breakfast bar. But everything was tasty, including the boiled eggs and bagels. There's nothing else that I would add. It's great in every other way. Thank you!

Excellent stay!
Pros:

Nicely appointed, quiet room, large by NOLA standards. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Cute vintage looking mini fridge in the room. The Continental breakfast was more than most hotels offering a Continental breakfast. Excellent coffee. The location is great. Free secured parking is a bonus. Great area to explore on foot. Streetcar stop is right outside the door. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Better selection of cereal for adults instead of Frosted Flakes, Fruit Loops and other sugary types.

Pros:

Loved being able to park our Roadtrek van in their parking lot. Staff got us in right away and our King Room was very comfortable. Trolley stop near this Garden District hotel made it easy to get around and to the French Quarters.

Pros:

Super hotel met gratis parkeren. Ruime kamer en schoon. Ontbijt was ook goed. Heerlijke bedden.
Ik lees altijd de referenties en fijn om te weten dat de streetcar halte op afstand is en gaat rechtstreeks naar French Quater. Ik vond het fijn om de app RTA Le Pass te downloaden, was zeer makkelijk in gebruik om een kaartje of dagpas te kopen.

Overall, it’s a clean, convenient place with friendly service
Pros:

It’s an older hotel, but it is very clean. You can tell the housekeeping staff works hard to keep it that way, and I really appreciated that.
Check-in was smooth. Everyone we dealt with at the front desk were very very kind. Parking was included, which was a big plus. It felt safe, and they give you a key fob to open the gate, which I thought was really nice.
There’s also a Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel, which was super convenient. Another thing I loved is that the streetcar stops right in front. It made it easy to get to tourist areas, the casino, and over toward the French Quarter without any hassle. There’s also a fresh market just a few blocks down, which was nice to have nearby.
There’s no pool, which was fine for us. They provide small bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the room. Breakfast is grab-and-go style with options like bagels, boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, fruit cups, and yogurt. Simple, but it does the job.

Cons:

There was constant banging sounds, like doors slamming or something maybe the hotel maybe the connecting restaurant but it seemed all the time not late at night though. Also, the bed felt short. My husband is 6 feet tall and his feet hung off the end, and even at 5’5, I was right at the edge.

Great location, comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, in a safe neighbourhood with a streetcar stop really close by to get to the French Quarter. Staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were a bit limited but sufficient, there's just not much seating inside for breakfast.

Cons:

Parking spaces are limited at the hotel, access is on a first come first served basis, we parked our car on the street. There is the option of a car park a short walk away, with the cost reimbursed.
