The cleanliness of the room was fair but we slept in our clothes. The area around the tub and faucet had mold, cracked porcelain in the tub, hard to close bathroom door, noisy water pipes when using shower. The condition of the room was a huge decline for the Ramada back in the day. We expected better conditions for the brand name hotel.

Pros:

No hot water, took very cold showers. Old grout stuck to the tile in the bathroom and sink areas. Ceiling was obviously leaking by all of the brown streaks. At least the beds were comfortable and the rug was clean.

Grungy and serious need of upgrade
Pros:

Grungy, dirty, filthy. Looks like they may be remodeling some but our room was in desperate need of attention. Old curtains that barely were hanging. No door number. Paint peeling from inside and outside door. Light came through around door. Bathroom grout was ick.

Bed was okay. Pool looked clean. Best thing was onsite bar with beautiful pool tables. This area was immaculate.

Pros:

Booked a king, got 2 doubles. Whole place smelled like cigarettes outside. Then a few days later noticed a random extra charge for $83 from the place. Was in the room for less than 12 hours. No contact made to explain, have to dispute it through the CC company. Unacceptable.
