Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

This is not a hotel, it’s a homeless shelter. I’m not sure why Booking is allowing this place to be rented. There were multiple drug users outside, and a guy literally shot up and nodded off in front of me. I didn’t even make it inside.

Close location to the downtown and nearby restaurants.

Cons:

Lots of junkies around the hotel and on the near streets. It did not feel very safe, especially during evenings.

Would not recommend.
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

Really dated. Very overpriced for what you get. Muggy, no air in the hotel. Felt quite uncomfortable invading a Women’s shelter. That’s something I would have appreciated knowing in advance. The residents weren’t the issue. The issue was not being aware that it Is a woman’s shelter.

Pros:

Location was excellent for our purpose (appt at hospital). Very nice staff. Clean and simple room. We were not there to lounge or spend time in the hotel -- just wanted a decent place to.sleep. We didnt use the kitchenette but it was very clean and very well equipped
Beautiful park right next door.

Cons:

A/c was quite noisy (but worked well on a day of record heat and humidity!)
