Ist Day Food Was Cold/ Informed Staff And That Was Corrected.

Instructions Should Accompany The TV . Had Issues To Get It Working - Replaced Remote And Staff Re- Booted TV.

Friendliness and eager to help you in anyway they can. We even had to get something shipped via Amazon and they got my package and immediately call me to inform us it had arrived!!

Cons:

The breakfast is the same eggs, sausage, yogurt with granola and of course waffles and toast. Change it up some on the daily

The people upstairs from my room,it was a lot of noise like for example I quess everytime someone’s walks u could hear it down where we were located at!!!

Glad it was only a night.
Pros:

Room was comfortable.

Cons:

Went to use a clean wash rag and it was covered in black hair. The breakfast was not great. No bagels or muffins, just sliced bread.

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed!!!
Pros:

I requested lower level due to fear of elevators and was on 3rd floor. Beds not comfortable at all!! Hotel over priced and was terrible!!! 314.00 definitely not worth it!! Was anniversary trip that was terrible’nb

Everything felt dirty bed was uncomfortable the entire stay was terrible!!

Harsh (the front desk clerk) was awesome. He's very attentive, professional, and all around great representation of what great customer service should look like. We'll be back for sure!

Loved the veiw, costumerbservice is amazing, the atshomphere around me just gives me a de ja vu momento and all

Cons:

The staff, they were a bit pinchy on time and its exspensive i mean its better than spending my money on gasoline for real so trip was worth every last dollar and penny (bring the kids too)
