The experience left me scared and confused and also disappointed.
Cons:

The black hair white lady with the artistic eyebrows. Her behavior was disgustingly and shockingly rude! I never been treated like that before while staying here. I've been probably 25 times to this hotel in 3 years through booking and privately. Also that the front desk staff had someone other than a worker to call my phone and threaten after I left due to calling and asking for a manager. For some reason this lady does not want you to be able to talk to anyone above her.

Great for a short stay, beds would make long term difficult for my preference.
Pros:

Staff was great, the utilities in the room where great, overall room size was great but the beds were not comfortable unless you like super firm and springy. The breakfast was nice.

Breakfast. Food choice limited and the eggs looked weird. The mattress on the sofa couch was terrible. I felt every spring in the mattress. The hotel furnishings are old. It can use some updates.

The staff was friendly. The free breakfast and coffee was good. The room was clean and I had everything I need.

Cons:

The mattress in the room had a dip in it. It needs to be replaced. The second morning, without warning, there was no breakfast because it was under construction.
