Hotelul este foarte dragut. Zona hotelului este linistita. Camera super curata, patul confortabil. Personalul a fost foarte dragut si de ajutor.
Ni s a facut un upgrade la camera, gratis.

Cons:

Although I had selected an **Executive Queen** room, I was given a smaller room. The windows did not close properly, so the room never warmed up. I felt very cold while sleeping at night. Additionally, because the windows did not close fully, all the noise from the street entered the room.
This situation significantly affected my comfort and overall stay experience.
The breakfast was not very satisfactory, as the variety of options was quite limited.

לאר נכנסנו בכלל לחדרים השירות מהתחלה היה גרוע ... באנו לקבלה לאחר שביצענו הזמנה מבוקינג עבור משפחתי 2+2 וקיבלנו 2 חדרים במקום חדר אחד למראת שציינו שהילדים בגילאי 3 ו 6 ושהם לא יכולים להיות לבד ושהם לא דוברי שפה איך יכול לעלות על הדעת לפצל את המשפחה ביקנו חלופה / זיקוי אולי טעינו בביצוע של ההזמנה ולא הבנו אותה נכון ואלה אמרו שאנחנו משקרים מלון שמכבד את עצמו אומר ללקוח אתה שקרן הוא לא מכובד ולא מכבד את עצמו
