„Un hotel de excepție, pe care îl recomand din toată inima! Am fost cazați de mai multe ori la Hotel Crystal Palace și de fiecare dată experiența a fost ireproșabilă. Camerele sunt foarte frumoase, curate și confortabile, mâncarea este excelentă, iar personalul este absolut minunat – profesionist, atent și extrem de ospitalier. De fiecare dată ne-am simțit răsfățați, iar la una dintre vizite am avut bucuria să primim și un upgrade la cameră, gest care ne-a impresionat foarte mult. Căldura, ospitalitatea și confortul oferite aici fac din acest hotel un loc în care revii cu drag. Mulțumim pentru fiecare sejur minunat!”

Blizina metroa, 700m, zatim samo 4 stanice do centra. Iznimno uslužno osoblje, od recepcije, restorana. Kvalitetan i raznolik doručak, besplatan parking ispred hotela, velike sobe, udobni kreveti... Meni je bila važna blizina kongresnog centra

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was excellent – clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped. We especially appreciated the bathrobes and slippers, which are often missing even in good hotels but were thoughtfully provided here.

The staff was kind and professional. The location is perfect, right next to Promenada Shopping Mall, which makes shopping and dining very convenient.

Overall, a very good hotel that truly offers everything a guest might need. Highly recommended.
