Really great hotel. Loved the ambiance, the room was very big and nicely decorated. The lobby is beautiful. Definitely recommend!
Everything was great , even got a note to my room asking if i want to upgrade the room for free
Cazarea la Hotelul Crystal a fost excepțională, doamnele și domnișoarele de la recepție — extrem de amabile. Camerele erau deja pregătite, așa că nu am așteptat deloc la check-in; în plus, am beneficiat și de un upgrade. Ca o atenție din partea casei, în fiecare cameră ne aștepta câte o sticlă de bun venit. Am luat cina jos, la restaurant, unde serviciul a fost ireproșabil și rapid, iar mâncarea — excelentă. Micul dejun a fost de-a dreptul fabulos. Mulțumim mult pentru ospitalitate și profesionalism, vom reveni cu siguranță!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Das Essen am Abend im Restaurant war sehr lecker.

Staff at reception were amazing, room was clean, big parking lot in the front, cool room design.
The room was a bit run down and the AC was not strong enough to cope with the heat. It was constantly around 28°C in the room with the AC on full blast. It was also very loud.
Upon asking for a bottle of water on day 2 from the cleaner (in Europe's big heat wave) we were told to buy a small bottle downstairs for 3€. That kinda tarnished the experience.
This was our second stay at this hotel. It was as great as it was last time. Our room had been upgraded to a junior suite again. We received a complimentary bottle of wine. The employees were very nice. The parking lot was big and free of charge. The beakfast was good, and it's nice that they bring your coffee at your table. The metro station is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We will stay here again next time we are in Bucharest.
