Ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel, mooie locatie e accomodatie
Do hotel
Estava tudo bem
Gostei de tudo... mas especialmente do pequeno almoço 🤩
The best service. Bool and spa are open 24 h, best location in the city
We had our wedding here 23/5/26 and truly it was the most magical experience. Prior to that, I had come to visit the sweet little village of Lousã twice and been completely blown away by the kindness of people, the beauty of the area, the magic of the palace. The staff at the hotel is really one of a kind. Barbarã and Joana in particular were absolutely unbelievable through the entire process and made our wedding so special. With that being said, Michael, Tiago, our wonderful chefs, literally every person working at this property….you are amazing. The rooms are gorgeous, particularly those in the old palace, as are the living rooms, pool, and dining rooms. This is a place that I will continue to return to gladly, an absolute hidden gem that I cannot recommend enough. Enjoy the hiking, take in the sunsets, and slow down for a few days at this perfect place. Don’t forget to treat yourself to a massage, they are just divine.
Tout, c'était parfait
Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, royal.
Rien
The hotel is OK and the facilities, when not completely dominated by a single party, were good.
Whereas the staff themselves were friendly and helpful, there didn't seem enough of them. On the second evening of our stay we actually gave up waiting to order food in the hotel and instead went across the road to an Italian restaurant - which was actually excellent.
On the day of our arrival we discovered there had been a wedding in the hotel the previous day and block booked by a very large party. This particular group seemed to dominate the whole hotel including the swimming pool and evening bar service, leaving us feeling as if we were somehow less important.
