Excelente Hotel
Pros:

Excelente localização. Palácio Hotel lindíssimo, bem conservado. Excelente pequeno almoço, variado e completo. Almoço do dia, acessível e ótimo. Jantar também excelente, mas à la carte. Ótimo Spa. Funcionários prestáveis. Bons quartos, confortáveis.

Cons:

O estacionamento é de rua, sem guarda nem vigilância, apesar de ser ao lado, nas traseiras do Palácio.

Pros:

This was a lovely property — very clean, with an amazing breakfast selection. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. We only used the indoor pool and sauna facilities, but we found both to be excellent and really enjoyed the experience.

Cons:

The hotel is split between the historic palace building and a newer section, which felt more modern but somewhat dated. We would have appreciated clearer information beforehand that our room would be located in the newer wing rather than in the historic palace itself. One of the main reasons we chose this property was for the charm, character, and unique atmosphere of the palace experience.

Tranquilidade do espaço e conforto do quarto.
Pequeno-almoço com muita qualidade e diversidade.

Cons:

Restaurante (jantar), valor bastante elevado para a qualidade da confeção. Relativamente ao lado do Hotel, encontramos restaurantes igualmente bons com preços mais acessíveis.
O bar tinha funcionários que ainda estavam em formação o que demorou na entrega das bebidas.

Ótimo atendimento.
Pros:

O staff é de uma simpátia e delicadeza única, muito bom serviço aos hóspedes. Realçar o mimo que recebi ao pequeno-almoço por ser o meu dia de anos. O pequeno almoço muito abastado e tudo de ótima qualidade. Quarto muito confortáveis, cama e almofadas de ótima qualidade. Zona muito central para dar uma volta a pé.

Cons:

O spa começa a requerer algum cuidado no espaço, muitas marcas de humidade e os jatos da piscina a precisar de manutenção. Acho que a piscina poderia estar mais quente ( mas aqui é uma opção de gosto pessoal).

Il a fallu payer un supplément pour dormir dans la partie ancienne du bâtiment. Le restaurant n'est pas au niveau du lieu. La carte est trés succincte.

Staff were wonderful & so friendly, clean & comfortable room, breakfast was superb and the parking was easy. The sitting areas were gorgeous & we enjoyed drinks on the terrace.

Pros:

We stayed here last year and loved it so much that we had to come back... and it was just as wonderful the second time around. The reception staff are so warm and attentive, and even remembered us from our stay back in September, which was such a lovely touch.

We had only planned to stay for one night, but ended up extending for another night. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice and everything you could want in the morning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully kept. We personally love the Palace rooms the most because they have so much charm and character.

The location is also perfect for exploring, only about 20 minutes from Talasnal and around 30–35 minutes from some incredible mountain viewpoints with breathtaking scenery.

A really special place and will definitely be back again.

Beautiful historic space needs to update rooms
Pros:

It’s a beautiful historic building beautiful public spaces. The grounds itself are well maintained. Breakfast was abundant, beautiful views from the dining room. Beautiful spa.

Cons:

Sleeping was sub par. The bedroom suite was dark and didn’t fit the rest of the facility, somewhat dated, poorly decorated and the room was hot and stuffy.
