Uma excelente estadia para repousar, ler e aproveitar a piscina.
Pros:

Já estive neste hotel umas 5 vezes, portanto, é sinal de que gosto muito. O espaço é muito agradável, tendo quartos confortáveis, modernos (mesmo na ala Palácio) e com todas as funcionalidades típicas de um hotel da mesma categoria. O pequeno almoço é excelente, com muita variedade de produtos e com uma vista fabulosa sobre a Serra da Lousã. A piscina é também muito boa, embora haja poucas espreguiçadeiras. Para mim, um dos espaços mais agradáveis do hotel, onde gosto de passar alguns serões, são os salões do 1º andar (4 salões interligados, com uma decoração muito elegante e muito tranquilos, no geral).

Cons:

Desta vez fiquei num dos poucos quartos virados para a estrada, numa quota ligeiramente abaixo do nível da estrada. O quarto tinha pouca luz, um ligeiro cheiro a humidade e ouvia-se algum barulho vindo da estrada, que justificaria ter janelas mais insonorizadas. O espaço da piscina poderia ser mais bem aproveitado, colocando mais espreguiçadeiras no jardim.

Pros:

Estancia totalmente deterioradas, habitaciones muy mal cuidadas. Nos fuimos sin dormir. Experiencia horrible.

Cons:

No nos gustó nada de nada. Lugar fúnebre y muy mal cuidado. Nos tocó la parte vieja.

Sehr schönes Hotel für eine Auszeit in der Natur. Empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Massage war super und der Spa Bereich ist klein, aber sauber und sehr gemütlich.
Das Frühstück war einfach nur klasse!

Cons:

Leider war der Service beim Abendessen echt nicht gut. Das Essen und die Getränke sind klasse, aber der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean. Including the indoor pool and the spa.

Cons:

The parking was bit of a issue where the sap of the trees around the parking lot had our car totally dirty and had to go for a car wash to get it off.
