Pros:

Dat ze een kamer hadden op dat door mij gewenste tijdstip

Cons:

Communicatie via heel lange berichten via booking-app zijn in smal schermpje slecht leesbaar en staan vol met standaardteksten
Op booking staat dat inchecktijden tot 21.00 uur zijn. Na boeken krijg je lang bericht dat ze in het weekend opeens maar tussen 10-12 uur in checken
Dat als je later komt je ze voortijdig moet bellen zonder een tijdstip te noemen
Ik heb om 13.24 en 14.40 gebeld naar vermelde nummer. Maar kreeg bandje dat ik buiten openingstijden van receptie belde. En dat ik een kamer kon boeken via boekings automaat aan de muur
Dat heb ik uit nood maar gedaan. Toen was kamer €4,- duurder dan bij boeking geboekt.
Bij mijn protest over hun totaal niet bereikbaar zijnnin het weekend kreeg ik het verwijt terug dat ik haar niet gebeld had op haar mobiele nummer wat op een opgeplakt briefje op de deur hing.
Rare manier van doen.
Er was ook niks te kopen want bar was ook dicht. Er stond een blikjes automaat zonder alcoholfrei Weizen wat ik graag wilde. Staat ook niet bij advertentie op booking.
Kreeg kopje gratis koffie om het verschil tussen geboekt en mijn betaalde bedrag te compenseren en als extra een croissantje. Aardig bedoeld hoor maar als de service in het weekend zo minimaal is dan had ik misschien wel iets anders gekozen.
Dankzij oekraniense Vitali, die daar zo een beetje woont met zijn uitzendbedrijfje kon ik mijn fiets een een soort berging/wasmachine kast stallen
Het is op een zielloze lege plek bij 2 tankstations en McDonalds
Maar in het weekend is de mooie ontbijtzaal dicht
De oude magnetron, oude koelkast, servieskast en waterkoker staan in het trapgat van het trappenhuis
Geen gootsteen
Je moet met 5-liter plastic fles water tappen in je eigen douche, door douchekop van slang te schroeven. Want er is geen tapkraan te vinden.
Allemaal wel heel amateuristisch, komt bij mij over als dat ze er zich met een „Jantje van Leiden“ van afmaken
